In Maine you expect to get great chowder but often that does not happen. Clan MacLaren's chowder is the real deal. Rich and flavorful with tons of clams. The flavor was outstanding. I got a larger bowl which was quite large and yet the price was very modest. Heartily recommended!

Just had lunch there with a friend. I ordered a salad with house dressing and my friend had a sandwich. Both were delicious. Can't wait to go again - don't miss this one!
