This is a cool spot for the more, shall we say, bohemian crowd, where your average upscale couple without fine tuning filters and a raucous sense of humor will not feel at home. We were visiting from out of town and searching for a good cup of coffee. The staff at the Inn where we were staying recommended Rock City Cafe. The coffee is excellent! They feature different roasts daily and plenty of sweet treats. We returned daily throughout our visit and were very pleased with the quality each time.

Food is limited, but hey, it's a coffee shop! Coffee is terrific, so are the other drinks offered. Go, sit, sip, watch the world slip by.

The food was good. We were there for lunch midweek. We were the only customers there. It looks like it is a big sport bar, so probably does big evening/weekend business. Huge beer list.

It's the same coffee, but it just feels different. I miss the books being right there. And the food that they serve at dinner is, well, a bit pretentious. Although it was super delicious and packed full of flavor. It's reminiscent of restaurants in NYC where you have to book reservations months ahead, pay exorbitant prices and get tiny dishes... More
