We had lunch at Duckfat on Sat. dec. 13th. You do have to plan on a wait but it was exactly the amount of time the host told us. The servings are generous we shared the meatloaf panini and a large order of fries, and could not finish the fries. Everything was great. but the fries were my favorite! The... More

I love the innovative menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. It's a very small place so be prepared to eat and leave.

Definitely crowded and busy, but service was prompt and friendly, food very well-prepared. Tried 2 different paninis and of course some fries (especially loved the curry dipping sauce) - will gladly return and try more of their interesting flavor combinations.

Another great find. Great sandwiches and amazing poutine with duckfat fries and gravy. Heart attack? Maybe, but it was worth it. Looking forward to returning to Portland to visit again. Hard to get into unless you hit it at the right time (no reservations), but it was worth the wait!

The food is worth the wait but the place is tiny so get there early. Especially in the winter when you don't want to be waiting outside for 45-1 hour in the bitter Maine cold! I recommend the poutine and the duck confit panini. Once you are in you feel like you're part of a cozy club with other duck... More

Love the food and they have a good selection of drinks whether you are out for a meal or just want to catch a quick bite to eat. Up and coming section of Portland.

I absolutely love this spot. It's always packed and for good reason. They have a delicious array of sandwiches, incredible milkshakes, an awesome selection of boozy and non-boozy beverages, and the fries. OHMYGOD the fries. It's worth a trip just for these. Make sure you ask for multiple dipping sauces, especially the truffle aioli!

Gosh, I could break my bank on this place (and I've come pretty close). I usually get the fries - with tai chili mayo- and turkey pinini and they are both absolutely to die for. My boyfriend and I just went and I tried the poutine for the first time and I've sworn to come back again soon just for... More

First time trying anything with duck fat and was impressed. Great service too. Homemade sodas were a nice touch. We tried the charcuterie (amazing) and the poutine with duck egg (extra amazing)
