Wonderful

This place has such a great vibe. Delicious menu selections, great service and fantastic draught beers. A bit out our the old port but worth the stroll.

I'm not quite sure why folks drool over this place. Sure, the fries are tasty but not mind-blowing. In fact, I think Nosh has better fries. The menu is a bit overpriced and incredibly small (meat, cheese, fries and shakes). The vibe is hipster extraordinaire. With a million places in Portland to try, you'll be fine to miss this one.

The food was wonderful, it's a small and comfortable place to get lunch! ( although if you go later in the day, you may have to wait a while - so try to get in early!) The homemade pickles are good - they remind me of my grandma's!

This was my second visit to Duckfat, and this time was just as wonderful as my first. The first time I went, we had a large group and sampled many more menu items, so I will address those here also. First visit: 12/30/14 (vacation week) We had 6 in our party, so we knew that we needed to arrive just... More

Went over for lunch after visit to Art Museum. Had a .40 minute wait Walked over to the Two Fat Cats Bakery. Well worth the wait. Belgian fries with truffle ketchup, amazing. Panini's were very good, milkshake tasted like a creamsicle, very very good. The adoration is reserved for the doughnut holes, I bow to them. They were one of... More

Had a great lunch at Duckfat. We ordered the large Poutine fries, so good, so large, a little on the salty side but I had a Banded Horn stout to wash down. Will make a point to go again.

had lunch at Duckfat on a Tuesday, best time to go in, if possible is one. that way the working folk have all cleared out and you can relax and be waited on. if you go to Duckfat, you must have the Belgian fries, and a milk shake. i also had a grilled sandwich and loved everything!

I will start off by saying that I do not like Poutine. Well that was before I had duckfats. It was so good we went here two days in a row. Now there is a little wait for a table but they text you when your table is ready. So during your wait definitely check out the authentic Italian grocery... More

Journeyed up Maine for college tours and sought out DuckFat specifically because of numerous positive Trip Advisor reviews. Belgian fries are out of this world. The variety of dips add to the experience. Friendly owners and staff.
