This place was sooooo good. The portions were huge and the food was really tasty. We enjoyed it so much, we went twice. Definitely try the pancakes and a muffin.

I found Marcy's because a 'local' told me about it. What a great place. Little place just off Congress. Excellent food and service. Nothing fancy but that is the best part. It's a great little diner. Grill cook knows her stuff. You'll be happy here! They have their regulars, and the staff sings out 'Frank's here.' That kind of place.... More

This was a little diner that was noticeable because of the crowd waiting to get in. The wait is short though and well worth it. Like they say...get the grilled muffins. This is a breakfast and lunch place, and it has a great atmosphere. Top quality food.

My husband and I stopped in Portland Maine to have an early breakfast 6:30am on our way back to Branford Ct. We found this place on line and WOW a surprise indeed. The staff was colorful with personality. The food was excellent along with the music. Even though it was a rock station, they had the volume just right and... More

If you are in the area and are looking for a diner, there are not many open early on a Saturday am! But Marcy's is open early and the food is excellent and they accomodated our 19 mo old. I would definately return!

The hotel staff recommended this place for breakfast and I'm glad they did. The drinks were brought, the order taken and the food came very quickly. I had a large breakfast (eggs, french toast, hash browns, sausage) for only $7. It was WELL worth the money. It's a very plain place but it doesn't take away from the meal at... More

I had been told to come to this restaurant many times. I went once on a weekend and it was so packed so we ended up going on a week day. We sat right down and got service right away. Ordered from their menu which has a great selection for breakfast and lunch. They have specials up on the chalk... More

Stayed at a local hotel and stopped in Marcy's for breakfast. It is a small restaurant with tight booth space, but worth squeezing in together. As we went in, another table was leaving. They quickly cleaned the table and seated us right away. Service was awesome. The waitress (dont remember her name but she had awesome breakfast themed leggings) was... More

Very good breakfast place in Portland's Arts District. Tiny diner, lines out the door, and semi long wait time. Once you sit, service is friendly and efficient. Decent muffins, good omelets, good crispy shredded hash browns. Only blemish was the coffee...a tad weak. All in all, once you sit, you'll enjoy it.

The homestyle breakfast at Marcy's was fabulous. Very Small Diner with small booths or barstool sitting at the counter. We had a party of 6 and so no place to all sit together but the food made up for it. The Hobo Hashbrowns are to die for. Lines were out the door waiting for a seat when we left. Definitely... More
