Tiny and Delicious

This place is known for it's muffins, and indeed they make great muffins! That day it was a decision between raspberry and fruit loops. We chose this venue due to reviews from TA. Parking was very difficult. Located in not the best part of town, this very old establishment is very tiny with only a few tables and bar stools at the counter. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes which turned out being an hour. The service was great with an... More

The wife and stopped by Marcy’s diner this morning for breakfast after a little walk from the hotel we are staying at. Portland is such a nice and clean city and the walk on the brick sidewalks was nice. We got to Marcy’s and they were full but were able to accommodate us at the counter. We sat down and... More

My girlfriend and I have been to Portland a few times and every time we visit, we make sure to come to Marcy's. The breakfast food is delicious and they always have an interesting assortment of muffins. The atmosphere is good with friendly and entertaining staff (especially the cook). Seating is very limited and since the food is good, there... More

Family friendly with good, filling food. We walked from the Westin and enjoyed this diner. They have counter service and several booths. My grandson wanted two pancakes and barely finished one wonderful blueberry filled cake. Lots of hot sauce choices were available for my feta and sweet pepper omelet. No lunch needed today.

We decided to give Marcy's a try after reading the reviews and we are glad we did. We went at noon, so we couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch...we tried both. The burger was great, one of the better ones I have had (for me I would ask for a little less BBQ sauce next time). And we had the... More

My family and I went to Marcy's after reading the reviews here on Trip Advisor. It was delicious!! It's very small so if you go, go early. It's a diner style place with an endless menu. Darla, one of the owners, will make you whatever you want. I requested apple cinnamon pancakes. They were delicious! The homemade muffins looked amazing.... More

Marcy's was packed when I stopped in around 10 a.m. on a Sunday. I was by myself, so was able to grab a seat at the counter, but couples and groups are in for a wait. For a snack later, I ordered the last cinnamon roll (delicious) and had French Toast for brunch, which was fabulous. The food is nothing... More

Went for a late breakfast on a weekday- absolutely delicious! The people working were super friendly and inviting. The food was delicious! I ordered the tomato, bacon and cheddar quiche and my husband ordered the breakfast burrito. We shared a grilled blueberry muffin. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back!
