Love hanging out here on a Sunday afternoon in the summer!

On the weekends,,always a great band playing! And, the food is excellent! Yes, it is very touristy, but still fun and they make an excellent crab roll!

Go here every time I visit Portland. The wait may be a little longer than desired but it's worth it. Must visit for lobster and allagash white!!

We went here after a fun day of strolling around the Old Port. We lucked out with on-street parking nearby. You have to go inside to order and then head outside to find a place to sit. The seating is a little crowded and you have to get past people waiting for drinks at the bar, which can be a... More

We were recommended by the Press Hotel, and it was a great recommendation. At first it felt odd sitting on a patio eating lobster, but it really added to the whole atmosphere, with a live band playing and hanging out by the harbor. It was a truly great experience. Obviously lobster isn't cheap, and granted the lobster's could have been... More

Honestly have only been for beer and the great live music they have almost every night in the summer. A great spot right on the docks with a fun crowd... You can hear the music all around the Old Port and almost all seating is outside. A crowed, hectic atmosphere has stopped us from dining there... We love J's for... More

I've had great lobster in that past, but it wasn't until I tried PLC lobster rolls that I realized what real lobster should taste like, I mean of course it's Maine and the best tasting lobster comes from there, but there is nothing like eating fresh lobster rolls, on a patio with a great view of the marina and live... Stopped in on our first evening in Portland, attracted by the music and the buzz. We didn't eat but sat at the bar for a good hour or more before dinner, chatting to the extremely helpful staff and customers. The beer was good and the atmosphere brilliant. We will return when next in town.

Setting is spectacular and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the water. Lobster was disappointing (didn't feel like it was that fresh) considering that we were in Maine. The other food wasn't that bad. Had better expectations, especially since this place was recommended.

Called via cruise ship stop. All other fish restaurants we looked at were either way too expensive or already full. We were on our way back to the ship & saw a menu board on the street. We went in. Patio was packed but found a seat for 2 at a shared table. We had lobster roll & Angus burger.... More

Casual outdoor dining on the wharf with all the best local seafood. I shared twin lobsters with my daughter and fried full bodied clams, with chowder loaded with clams. If you are looking for a great Portland dining out experience on the water, surrounded by locals and great live local bands. this is the summer place to be on a... More
