We went to the Crooked Mile for lunch last week and was very pleased. The sandwich and salad selection is varied and not the same old sandwiches you will find elsewhere. They get very busy during the weekday lunch time, but the wait is minimal. I had the turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato on 12 grain bread. Everything is made... More

We had great egg and cheese sandwiches and really good coffee to go on our way out of town, but the whole menu looked good!! A nice room to sit in, too.

Fresh salads and sandwiches made to order! A great spot to grab lunch. Easy to get to and prices are very reasonable for what you get.

We used to go here when we lived in town and the quality & freshness is still superb! Fantastic and very reasonable lunch spot. It's got the perfect Portland vibe-laid back, welcoming and delicious. Go for the Cranberry Bog :)

I've had a breakfast and two lunches so far, and I would say the food is outstanding. The breakfast sandwich, which I had on a bagel, was perfect. Fluffy scrambled egg and plenty of hot, melting cheese on a fresh and tender bagel. One lunch was just the veggie bagel. A schmeer of cream cheese topped with a slice of... More

We were looking for a quick breakfast spot and just stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. Their breakfast sandwiches were HUGE and very reasonably priced. They have quite a selection of flavored iced teas and I tried the lime which was very good. Nice and cozy atmosphere with a super friendly staff. Glad we found... More

I loved the heath bar latte I bought. It was delicious and I got such a large cup for so little $. My only gripe would be that all of the tables were dirty and the everything seemed a bit unorganized. Then again, maybe it was a busy day! I would definitely go back, though.

We had a superb lunch here with our small children. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. We had sandwiches, drinks, soup, and a chocolate chip cookie for four under $30. Easy, central location.

What a great spot, located across the street from the Regency Hotel. The wide choice of reasonably priced, well-prepared breakfast and lunch items means that there is something for everyone. Clearly the place is favored by locals and has its regulars, but if you are visiting in Old Port, andcespecially if you are staying at the Regency, look no farther... More

It tells you the Crooked Mile does what it does right. (And those lines move quickly). Everything about the Crooked Mile is friendly (the staff is always outstanding) and fun and the food is consistently excellent and at a great price (just about everything is $6.95 and lunch comes with chips). Just don't let the lines out the door deter... More
