I went here with four business colleagues. The food is as good as it gets -- creative menu, many seafood choices, excellent presentation, very pleasant wait staff, nice wine list (try the Riojas), and rustic, comfortable decor. Need I say more! Just go! Reservations a must.

The quality of the seafood and service here is exceptional. The restaurant has a bistro atmosphere because the tables are close together and you can see and hear everyone around you. We enjoy that atmosphere, and easily engaged with the people at neighboring tables. The Mussels Provencal were some of the best we have ever had - large, plump, tender,... More

We eat here a few times a year, it's always excellent mediterranean seafood and pasta, the bar and restaurant have that brick and wood beam feeling that many Old Port restored warehouse buildings have. Good drinks, fresh oysters at the bar.

We have been regulars here since it opened. Consistently fresh, high quality fish, scallops, mussels expertly prepared. The sauces and broths are wonderful. Don't miss this experience.

First let me say the food and drink were fantastic as was the service. I had the linguine and clam sauce which contains real fresh clams, served in a fry pan and was absolutely delicious. My husband's fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and lightly breaded, not battered and drowned in sauce. The only thing i think anyone could complain... More

My husband and I have been enjoying Street for well over a decade...it was recommended by the host of our B&B many years ago. Since then, it has been hard for us to go somewhere different when we're in Portland. One must love fish and these folks know their seafood. And they are not afraid of bold flavors. The servers... I thoroughly enjoy visiting Street & Co and go a few times a year. Oysters at the bar with a great wine followed by Lobster Diavolo upgraded with a few additional add-ins. Food is excellent, staff is personable and the ambiance is inviting and comfortable. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that comes to town. I only wish it was... More

I've been dining at Street and Co. since the early 90's. It is in a rather out of the way spot in the Old Port, but that is part of its charm. It gets very busy on the weekends, and in fact my last dining experience there was on a Tuesday, and they still had a reasonably full house. This... More
