The veggie homefries are excellent (a great mix of veggies including baby spinach, tomato, summer squash, mushroom, onion, red bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini, tomato and cheese) served with 2 eggs and bread of choice. Today we were there at 7 am (a great early morning option) but have been there later to a full house. The dining room is upstairs... More

There were three of us meeting at this sweet spot @ seven am. The time to go is early. Upstairs is charming and the atmosphere and music was quite pleasant. The menu is the most creative I've ever seen for a breakfast place. Usually, you don't get atmosphere early in the morning. The coffee is local along with many of... More

Great breakfast place! There was a wait which I believe is pretty standard but it was definitely worth the wait! We ordered a dark chocolate waffle and strawberries, egg scramble, and a bacon, cheddar, and chive pancake. Everything was delicious!

Very good service, and expansive menu. Not my favorite pancakes, a bit cake like; my wife loved the chocolate Belgian waffles. Next time the scrambles (eggs) for me.

I finally made it here and was not disappointed. Husband and I both had the small corned beef hash with two eggs. The large chunks of meat and potatoes were delish! The toast was homemade and huge. We also tried a blueberry pancake and I ordered a slice of granola crusted french toast. Husband thought pancake was a little dense.... More

I ate breakfast here just about every morning of my trip. I strayed halfway through the week which was a mistake, and had to come back. The Lobster Benedict was awesome. The quality everyday was high and never failing. The service was exceptional and the coffee was even local(and great). What more could you ask for?

The main problem with this restaurant is deciding what to order! A very unique menu. Like most Portland restaurants we heard about, this one uses fresh catch and local produce. I ordered the lobster fritatta and was not disappointed. There must have been a whole lobster in a fragrant sauce on top of a fluffy egg fritatta! My friend ordered... More

After the Maine Marathon, we ate a breakfast/lunch at Bintliff's. The wait was only 30 minutes or so, but the food was well worth the wait. We never felt rushed even though it was very busy and the waiter made sure we had refills of coffee . The food was fresh, homemade and delicious:)

We wanted to try a new place for breakfast this past Saturday morning around 8:30am. My daughter and I arrived and were impressed by the old wood and stately interior. The handsome host greeted us wearing a lavender shirt and black pants and seated us on the sunny deck, overarching with leafy trees and the brick of surrounding buildings. Our... More
