Went here with my family and had a great time. The food was eclectic and unique, from quail eggs and half quail to oysters and pork hock. Everything had unique seasoning and intense flavor. As someone who has traveled to central america, specifically Guatemala I was surprised to find a drink with Mezcal at a "Thai restaurant". I think it... More

Our family enjoyed a delightful meal at Boda before going to a basketball game at the Civic Center. The service was super quick and our servers were friendly and efficient. We ordered a medley of skewers to share all of which were delicious and I also had a bowl of the coconut soup which was fabulous. I would definitely recommend... More

We finally got to try Boda and we are so glad we did. We walked in without a reservation and were seated at the bar immediately. The bartender was very friendly and informative and we just had the most wonderful time throughout the meal. My partner had Pad Thai and I had Fried Rice with Shrimp and Crab. We both... More

We went to the Portland Stage and we're looking for a late night snack. So many of the restaurants in the area close at 9-10 so when we saw the lights on at Boda we wondered in. At this time of the evening they were serving their late night menu. I had the pork fat salad, which was good but... More

My husband and I have tried several restaurants in Portland now (on weekend visits), and while this one is pretty good, I don't think we'll go here again. We felt the service was a little pushy to get us in and out as fast as possible (we arrive at 5:45, and wanted to have drinks and leisurely dinner). Atmosphere wasn't... More

Our B&B Innkeeper recommended it. We walked in one night and didn't have to wait but 5 minutes for a table. Service was wonderful. The atmosphere is cool and the food was delicious. Reasonably priced for the quality. Cool Portland vibe. We'd definitely go back.

My wife loves Thai food and as a great way to celebrate her birthday with family, we decided to have dinner at Boda. The food was great! The waitress on the other had was rude from the moment we sat down. Where we were talking and trying to enjoy ourselves, she was put out that we were not ready to... More

We heard someone raving about this place in line at the coffee place. We walked over on a Saturday night and got a table because it was late. My husband had the chicken coconut soup and I had squid and pork skewers, and one of the salads. All delicious. The wine was good, and the waitstaff friendly and efficient. The... More
