Our restaurant actually floats, and because it is surrounded by water, every table offers spectacular views of Portland Harbor. Our outside decks are great spots to see the sights while enjoying a meal or cocktail. Maine lobster is what we do here and we do it better than anyone.

Great Seafood!!!

Checked out this Portland classic with my Girlfriend and folks after taking a Lighthouse Cruise of Casco Bay. The venue is terrific. The converted ferry is decked out in a classic nautical vibe. Good beer selection and solid Italian/seafood fare. The girlfriend and I tried the fried seafood sampler... read more

This was one of the must dos this week in Portland. The night we went it was really busy but we were early as we wanted to go somewhere else after it. We were put in a queue which was fine but then when we were not called quite some time later we discovered they had not put us in... More

The restaurant is literally a boat. Everything about is nautical. We were a group of 12 and made reservations and requested to sit near the window. It's not important to be seated near a window since the are small and not large picture windows - but they did allow for more light at the table. Since we were a large... More

What a lovely Sunday spent on the water. Lunch was delicious. Eating on a boat was fun (except for my hungover friends!)

We spent few days in Portland, Maine. Apparently group of 8 is too large to be accommodated in majority of restaurants there. Dimillo's had no issues and it was major score for our group. In addition to being historic and unique the restaurant offers a very pleasant atmosphere. the waiters and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was a... More

We headed up to Portland Maine for the holiday weekend and had heard about Dimillos and were excited to give it a try. We were extremely disappointed! We parked our car and walked down to walk to the restaurant when we were confronted by a Dimillos tour employees. We did not want a tour or any information but were forced... More

We really love lobster. I had read that this place is "expensive". I don't think so at all. I had the stuffed lobster and my husband had the lazy lobster! He is lazy! Both were absolutely delicious. I just wish I could go back over and over. Great place. Don't miss it.

I just want to start by thanking the nice young lady from Lucky Catch who told me she loves a nice bowl of Lobster Stew in the winter from DiMillo's. We stopped by Thursday, 5/22/15, on a cold evening after the Sunset "cruise" on the Casco Bay Lines. We needed something to warm us up so my husband and I... More

Our Tour Guide from Maine Foodie Tours (also a must do) recommended DiMillio's for a great Happy Hour from 4-7 pm in the Port Side Lounge. He also suggested the $5 Ricotta Meatball appetizer. Wow! My mouth is watering just thinking about those 2 huge meatballs sandwiched between ricotta cheese. Delicious. Also ordered the roasted vegetables with garlic herb goat... More
