Our restaurant actually floats, and because it is surrounded by water, every table offers spectacular views of Portland Harbor. Our outside decks are great spots to see the sights while enjoying a meal or cocktail. Maine lobster is what we do here and we do it better than anyone.

Good to be back

Stopped in after several years since moving away from the Portland area. We miss it! Great views of he harbor even in winter. Had the lazy man's lobster which was very good and easy to eat as always. Save room for the bread pudding for desert, a house specialty. Great.

I never had Maine Lobster before, and these guys were amazing! The service was above and beyond, great atmosphere, and the locals were pretty cool!

Very nice restaurant. Great selection of seafood. It is a large boat with a beautiful restaurant inside. It's still winter here so it would undoubtedly be better to visit in the summer with boats cruising in and out. Sitting outside is probably fantastic. Looking forward to checking it out in the summer and moving my review to give it the... More

The kids loved boarding the boat for dinner. Nice ambiance. Food was average, in my opinion, but the service was very good.

The scallops wrapped in bacon were very good. The lobster was a little tough. Good sized portions. Food was a tad overpriced. Probably wouldn't go back.

I was looking for some place special to eat while visiting Portland for just a few hours and I made the right choice. I was seated under the large tent on the outter deck overlooking the harbor and the view, weather and food blended together for the perfect lunch. I enjoyed my first ever lobster rolls. I can't compare them... More

Recently had dinner at DiMilios while in the Portland area. We did not have reservations - probably should have made them as the restaurant was crowded. We sat at their beautiful classic bar where everyone was sociable and friendly. We had steamers (yummy) and their twin baked stuffed 1 lb lobsters special - which was a terrific bargain and their... We live 8 miles away and this is still one of our favorites. If you are celebrating a special occasion, make a reservation for the main dining room. Otherwise, we prefer the casual tables near the fireplace in the lounge area. They serve the cleanest, sweetest steamed clams (we call them steamers here) and I had the twin lobster for... More

Visited early on a Sunday afternoon - timing was just right, before the restaurant started to fill up. Seated quickly and the hostess was very accommodating in letting us choose a table other than the one she initially sat us at (we wanted closer to the windows). On a Sunday afternoon in February, the restaurant seemed to have a number... More

We went to DiMillo's tonight for the express purpose of have a great meal in a unique setting. Not disappointed even a little. We had clam chowder and baked stuffed lobster (hard to find these days), both were done perfectly. Good stand up, thick, lily white clam chowder that actually had pieces of clam in it (not always the case... More
