We came all the way from Alaska to try the Lobsta Roll and Snow crab sandwich. My husband got the seafood chowda and I had the clam chowda. The food was mouth watering and amazingly tasty. Being from Alaska eating from the Pacific Ocean, what a difference in taste with the crab. It was worth the trip, the price, and... More

We came for the famous lobster roll, and it did not disappoint. The classic size was more than enough for lunch and it was well worth $20. The bread was delicious and the lobster was overflowing and fresh.

After reading a bunch of reviews, only one of which was really bad ("they didn't open on time and we left without eating"), we decided on Fisherman's Grill for lobster rolls. We arrived at 12:10, after noting the opening time of 12:00 on Fisherman's Grill's web page. It was closed. A sign on the door said "We open when we're... More

Ordered the special for $48. 1/2lb lobster roll and 1 lb fried clams. No clam chowder because they ran out. I though seafood was cheap in Maine.

And chowder! The jumbo lobster roll was packed with claw meat. Very sweet. Staff was friendly. Got a bowl of chowder as well which was full of clams, not so much potato. Wish I had room for the scallops which I've heard are great. Next time!

We came to eat great seafood and that's what we got. My ordered the grilled haddock sandwich and I ordered the seared scallops. First, the haddock sandwich was immense and grilled to perfection. The seared scallops were tasty, the fries awesome and great coleslaw to boot. We finished with a cup of New England claim chowder, which was good. This... More

Stopped here on the way to the airport for take-away. They packed the lobster meat in a small container and the rolls separately, allowing us to make our own. Surely this helped us to not have soggy sandwiches. The quality of the lobster meat was exceptional. I also had the clam cakes---my first time---crispy and excellent. My wife had the... More

You would probably drive right by this place, but don’t! The sign outside boasts the biggest lobster roll and the best clams “evah”. We didn’t get the clams but there is truth in advertising here as the lobster roll is tremendous. There is more meat than you can stuff into the bun and when it comes to lobster, that is... More

This is a hole in the wall place with picnic tables outside and awesome lobster rolls! It's exactly what you're looking for. It's not at all scenic... It's on the side of a mundane road, very easy access from 295. The lobster rolls were great, the chowder was awesome, the fries were fresh cut and really good. My husband says... More

My husband and I found this while in Portland. He loves seafood and these scallops were the best he's ever had. I had a lobster roll and it was also excellent.
