This is a great place to get together with groups or for just a dinner. We went here for food and drinks on a rainy night and were treated very well. They don't serve food and drink normally outside but sometimes make exceptions. The beer menu is extensive. The food menu is less so but has some good, unique options.... More

I was here with a group of 8 people. We are all beer geeks and we loved it. We did not have food however we did look at the menu. It is limited but if you like an intresting mix then go for it. The beer selection was amazing and the prices seem right.

The title says it all. Oh there was plenty of other beers, but we are true Belgian beer fans, and if u r likewise, just go. From the Mad ?itch, to very Belgian standard, to a bunch of specialty local brewery, Allagash delights, I just can't say enough. Don't open til 4 andwewerewaiting. By 6:00 or so when we left... More

If you love beer, this is a must! They have a huge selection and the staff is super knowledgable. The food is really good, as well. Another thing I love about it is the ambiance. No TVs on the walls. It's a great place to go on a date because there aren't any distractions and you can just focus on... More

Went there twice on back-to-back days. Friends and I really enjoyed the beer varieties and the small plates of cheeses and meats. The outdoor patio is a nice place to find shade on an afternoon. Our servers were constantly available to take drink or food orders. Overall, an excellent way to spend leisure time in the Old Port!!!

As many will say, this amazing, but somewhat hidden Bier cafe is one of the best belgian beer bars in the world. If you can't make it to Ebenezer's in Brunswick or are looking for a great place to eat/drink in downtown Portland, this is the place! They have one of the best collections of Belgian and Maine beers. They... More

This indoor-outdoor brewpub has a wonderful laid-back vibe, an excellent beer list, and feels far more secluded/off the beaten track from the downtown Portland scene - even though it's right near downtown. Outdoor games, an oldschool CD player blasting fun retro tunes. The food was pretty good for such a place - but not quite as excellent as I had... More

Would definitely go back for beers and the atmosphere. Awesome outdoor deck where you can play cornole and sit at picnic tables. Servers are all great. Awesome beer selection. Menu was a little lacking, so we went elsewhere for food, but would definitely go back, would just probably eat first elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, even better beer selection. This is a must stop for anyone passing through Portland looking for a fun night out with friends.
