What an awesome place. We decided to check out Micucci's after reading an article that listed it as the best pizza in the state of Maine. Granted I haven't had that much pizza from the rest of the state, but I can't imagine it being better than here. My wife had a muffuletta, and loved it. She lived in Mississippi... More

We went to India street to find the two fat cats bakery but found a bonus when we saw this grocery. They were advertising a special on a wine which is what made us notice it at first but when we stepped in, we were hooked. Unfortunately, we didn't partake in the Sicilian pizza, which smelled fantastic, but we did... More

In the old days there used to be real deli's; Jewish and Italian. Most are gone. But this place is great. Great meats and cheeses cut to order, all kinds of Italian groceries, great wine at great prices. The one hidden gem is their famous Sicilian pizza. I love NY/Boston style thin crust. This is the opposite. Thick chewy crusty,... More

This is an Italian market. It sells deli meats and cheeses, pasta, etc,. upstairs you can indulge yourself with an Italian slab of pizza. It is absolutely delicious. It is a hefty piece of pizza for less than 5 dollars. You can also try a meatball sub on a cibatta roll. This too is under five dollars and worth it.... More

We found this place by accident trying to kill time waiting for the Shipyard Brewery Tour. (It is around the corner from the brewery). I was in heaven when I saw all the Italian goodies. Having moved from NY to NH, it is difficult to find specialty items. I usually have to go to Boston to get them. There were... More

Great place to get fresh bread, exotic cheeses and cured meats for your ferry trip to the Casco Bay islands. Just two blocks from the pier. Excellent staff.

I was staying at the nearby Residence Inn and Mucucci was convenient to get some small items for snacks and wine. Too bad I didn't have a full kitchen - this place seemed to have some great Italian supplies!

Loved the Pizza located up on the second floor by the bakery. Slices located under a warmer. Nothing to order just grab and go. They even had to go boxes. They also had grab and go sandwiches which were excellent. We ended up buying cheese and olives for later on. This place was so good we ended up stopping here... More

Terrific prices on mid-range Italian wines, from a large selection. Makes buying by the case very easy.
