If it is Italian, it's there

Stressing out trying to find cannoli shells. Not only did they have them but they were excellent and very reasonably priced.

I don't come here for anything other than the pizza at lunchtime, so I won't comment on the provisions and food supplies. The pizza, however, is incredible! Can be hard to get a slice sometimes bec/ this place is packed at lunchtime but it's definitely worth the wait. And all you need is one slice because the pieces are so... More

Pizza is outstanding! A surprise in a town where I expected seafood to reign supreme. This part of Portland was the Italian neighborhood and Micucci's is a gem that remains from those days.

Actually we were leaving town and had visited the day before with out buying anything so after coffee and a couple of baked goodies at Standard, I thought a Sicilian slab would be a good idea. Not a good idea but it was excellent just too big for the 2 of us to split comfortably. It didn't go to waste... More

Great take out and Italian grocery goods. Walking in is like going back in time. The cheeses looked amazing as did the baked goods.

This is a great grocery store if you're into Italian food and reasonably priced. We drove to Portland so we were able to stock up on a few things including olives, olive oil, etc. They also had the one of the largest blocks of chocolate for sale I've seen in a while (11 pounds). Great store.

I love this grocery store. Just shopping is a culinary experience. I buy fresh oregano on the stick. Fresh cheese. Love love love it.

We happened upon this grocery after our lunch at Duckfat. The front of the store is fun to poke around and the selection is varied and delicious. However, make sure that you venture to the back and seek out the pizza window. We were too stuffed to eat the Sicilian slab that we found there, but we did take some... More

Reminds me of the little Italian deli we had near us in NY, great cold cuts assortments, delicious local breads, nice wine selection, frozen meals to take out, homemade stuff galore.. their pizza and, if available, their muffaleta (think New Orleans) sandwiches, are awesome.

Whenever I'm down in Portland around lunch time I make an effort to try to get to Micucci's for their Sicilian slab. The luna bread is soft and fresh, the tomato sauce has the perfect hint of sweetness, and the cheese brings it all together. The slab goes great with a San Pellegrino drink. I must admit, I have never... More
