Terrific prices on mid-range Italian wines, from a large selection. Makes buying by the case very easy.

Often when travelling, my husband and I want to relax and enjoy a light meal with a good bottle of wine -- sometimes in a park, sometimes in our hotel room. We love stopping by Micucci to pick up sliced meats (like their excellent spicy capicola and fennel salami) and cheeses to accompany our artisanal bread from either Scratch or... More

How lucky small Portland is to have such a terrific Italian market. The cheeses, cold cuts, frozen foods, pastas, sauces, everything Italian are hard to beat.

Had a dual mission in making this stop - lunch and picking up grocery items for a quick dinner, Lunch was a yummy pizza slab - that was nice and hot and really hit the spot. We were fortunate to get one of the few counter seats in the tiny eating are, so it would be a good idea to... More

There is usually a line - especially in the summer and they make limited production, so plan to wait at times. I've had the unfortunate experience of being behind the customer who got the last slice and needed to wait for the... More

Hidden in a back room inside this local Italian market, there is a bakery serving fresh bread and really delicious Sicilian style pizza. Sold by the slice (1/4 pizza rectangle) and with a variety of toppings. Simply delicious ! You can also shop there for some nice Italian cheese, salami, and other Italian delicacies. Overall, worth the visit, even if... More
