As they warn you when you come in, they don't serve Tex-Mex - and it isn't much like Mexican food either. However, the food was good and ingredients fresh.. They charge for chips and salsa - seriously????? Beer menu was very limited as was the wine selection. We probably wouldn't go back.

We had dinner there and there exhaust system wasn't working. The entire place was filled with smoke so bad you couldn't sit in the dining room. The staff was even holding towels over their noses. I was surprised it didn't sit the fire alarm off. Now to the food, awful sums it up. We had what was compared to steak... More

This was a great find, right near our hotel. The margaritas are fantastic and you have multiple choices for guacamole and different salsas. Seafood enchiladas were yummy, served with a side of black beans. My husband had chili relenjos that were also tasty. Only minor issue was our waitress, clearly working hard, but had no knowledge of the area when... More

I think we expected something more Mexican/less trendy. The staff was the best part of the experience. The hostess was able to find us a table on a Friday night, without the 90 minute wait that was happening. The menu was definitely trying to sound upscale Mexican, so the waiter did a great job explaining it-even grabbing a sample of... More

Even though the building looks abandoned from the outside. It is modern & cozy inside. The food is amazing! We needed a break from all the seafood, this was truly wonderful meal. The salsa & guacamole were fresh & light. We each had two different enchiladas, each was wonderful. It was a real highlight of our trip! We almost didn't... More

We were visiting Portland and went here for dinner on a recommendation from our inn keeper at the bed and breakfast we were staying at. It was a great dinner and great recommendation! We wanted to try several appetizers so we said screw it and ordered a bunch! We got the Queso Fundido Con Champinones which was amazing and the... More

Had a reservation. We were sat in the bar section with little room. The drinks were good. Meals were mediocre . We won't be back.

We have been here before and we pretty consistently order the same meals (chicken enchilada and steak). This time we decided to try something new and we are so glad we did. First, kudos to the margaritas which never disappoint. Pork came out on top this visit. The Taquitos De Puerco (slow cooked chipotle pork) were to die for with... More

Wow! Great food, drink and impeccable service make this a must on any visit to Portland. Really enjoyed my grilled white fish and seafood stew. Others had enchiladas which the said were great. Carnitas melted on the plate. My husband had a steak dish the he really enjoyed. Guacamole was fantastic as was the variety of salsas. Who knew cashew... More
