Back to the Bayou

Great food to fill up on. Love the blackened catfish and fried pickles. Who knows if it's the salt, grease or Cajun soul, but it is highly addictive

We came here with a group and stayed for a couple of hours. The staff was awesome and the food good. Loved it. The prices are very reasonable and the food high quality. Relaxed atmosphere.

We went here on the way to the airport with my parents and got 3 large... More

I had the creole sausage and loved it (though some cheese wouldve finished it perfectly). She had the pulled pork which I think was even better, the slaw, pickles and bbq sauce were awesome on top of very nicely cooked pork. The guy who made the subway reference should not be taken seriously, this bun was very good and nothing... More

Stopped here on a lark. Glad we did. Lots of good sandwich options with a nod to the Louisiana po-boy tradition. Good pickles. BLT with fried egg looked good. Peacemaker was tasty.

My husband had been wanting to eat here for months and we finally did. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food was great. We had awesome fried pickles and their donuts were great too.

First time eating there, the food and service were both excellent! Will go back in the very near future for sure! Ordered the fried shrimp sandwich, cooked perfectly and the gravy fries were out of this world! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

We try to go when ever we are passing by and there is a parking spot. Everything is so good and made to order. It is a must try!
