When it comes to authentic Italian - and recently I've been taking many of my Italian business partners here for lunch or dinner (yes, real Italians...from Italy!) - this is not only the only game in town but the very best game in town (confusing though that may sound). After countless meals I can safely - and always - say... More

Pleasant atmosphere, extremely authentic and fresh. Wine selection is enough to make you come back again, wonderful pairings with lovely Italian salads, pastas, desserts. Lovely night, thank you!

One of my favorite choices in Portland. Nice comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and consistently excellent food. Would recommend to all for an excellent, friendly and reasonably priced evening.

I had the Ravioli Goat cheese al Pomodoro and it was amazing. Hearty portions so I even had leftovers! Very friendly staff and great wine list. Can't wait to go back!

The loster on pasta special was wonderful. You can't beat fresh pasta and the addition of lobster in light olive oil was beyond expectation. Three people at the table ordered the lobster and all commented they would never be able to finish the portion but clean plates all around. Fourth person in our party had veggie ravioli and was delighted.

I had the best pasta in quite a while here tonight. Authentic and tasty. Plus, the price is very reasonable and service is nice. What more can you ask?

I am Italian, (not American-Italian) and decided to try this since I truly miss Italian fares since moving to the States. I consider myself a little bit of a picky eater when it comes to fares prepared 'right'. I eat here when I decide I have no time to rush and eat at home between business meetings and the food... A delight for lunch after shopping in Old Port. The goat cheese and spinach ravioli were to die for. The tomato sauce was most rich and intense. Also enjoyed the fruity olive oil soaked bread.

In the area and stopped by for a quick dinner. Had the tortellini with Bolognese, very good. Portions are relatively small, but adequate. Each plate is priced separately, so skipped the salad. Like most Italian restaurants, the number of wines is plentiful, however, white wines are not big on the list. Ordered a glass of white wine, but the restaurant... More

Had the tagliaterre alla bolognese with a small Italian salad. Wow!! Quality ingredients means outstanding food. Both items were delicious. Oh doesn't homemade pasta taste great? I highly recommend.
