Typically not the place I stopped to get a meal. It was friendly, quick, and cozy. The food was pretty good and a bit different from the norm. A decent selection of craft beers.

My son and his wife joined us for dinner this past weekend. We had been raving about Bonobo for several years and as they were in town, we decided to go. Bonobo is funky and eclectic and absolutely reminds me of a Paris bistro (having been to Paris three times ). It was crowded, but we were seated right away.... More

Love the thin crust, crispy pizza. Salad(house) with mixed greens, house pickled cucumbers and a uniquely delicious vinaigrette is the best in town. Nice selection of beers and really great waitresses.Portland dine around has $3.00 coupon on $5.00 minimum purchase which makes for a nice deal.

We went to Bonobo for dinner the night before the Trail to Ale 10k race with a group. Service was great, and food was delicious. We tried a few different, pies - I personally though the Arugula pizza was REALLY good. While it's nothing particularly unique, I would definitely go here again, especially if I was craving pizza. Very cozy... More

My family likes this place, so we usually go here (except when we go to Otto's). I like it; pizza is good. But I think the bill is steep! It's just pizza and drinks and a salad here and there, but it adds up. Service is good altho it seems to take forever to get a pizza. Not sure why.

Bonobo is the best pizzeria in Portland. There is a lot of generic pizza in Portland, like anywhere, but there's nothing else like this in town. I live nearby, and I often see them loading in a fresh supply of hardwood for the oven, which is great to see. This is the closest Portland gets to Italian pizza, with a... More

Yes, the service is way above your average pizza house (including another acclaimed pizza joint(s) on the peninsula), and their pizza is good! Best Gluten Free pizza in Portland. Local and organic ingredients, so it is a little bit more pricey, but worth it.

There are a lot of pizza joints in Portland, but search no further than Bonobo. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by a beautiful blonde who later became my server. I discovered she was every bit as kind and caring as she was beautiful, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Then to the pizza. I ordered the... More

I live in the neighborhood and have been to Bonobo a few times before, though it has been a while. I wanted to try them again, and invited a friend who had never been. We went on a weekend early evening and it was quiet. I like the warm atmosphere and lighting and the unpretentious feel to the place. Our... More

First time for us at Bonobos. Friends go there and love it so we went with them on a Friday night recently. Our friends had called ahead for reservations so we got seated right away. I love the neighborhood feel of the place and the lights on the ceiling, very fun kindof place to hang out on a Friday night.... More
