Best seafood away from the coast

Great fast food seafood, for an inland location! Lots of food in a serving-easy to share a dinner with a friend.

Visited the Lost Gull with my family while on vacation at Lake Thompson. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Lots of fried options - clams (bellies and strips), shrimp, haddock, scallops, etc. Nice batter and not at all oily or greasy. Just delicious and plenty to eat! The Lost Gull is a small, eat in/ take out place with no frills! But, it has great food...especially their fried seafood. The Haddock Fish is exception and plentiful! The Scallops and fried clams are delicious. I would recommend giving this place a try when traveling in the Oxford area.

Seafood was good, but you fill up on all the batter. A typical entree costs more than at many local sit down restaurants.
