Attention. Portland, Maine dwellers. And Old Orchard Beach visitors as well. Select a designated driver, two bottles of good wine (Ocean Park is "dry") and get to Yellowfin's. Wonderful service from proprietor David, low key and attentive service, white tablecloth minimalist decor. A hidden gem, a bit pricey for a resort town, but worth it. One suggestion - higher end... We ate on two occasions for dinner. The meals were good. Some choices were of course better than others..the house salad was plentiful and above average, the outstanding rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection was the most memorable. The pasta dishes were also good.. Staff was pleasant and efficient. It is wonderful to have this restaurant in Ocean Park... More

Haddock was moist and tender, wife loved it. The crabcake was a bit mushy without any lumps of crab. Service was excellent. The waiter was very knowlegable.

Went here on a whim, so glad we did. Our first time to OOB. We walked to The Yellowfin from our motel. This was the best meal we have had out in a long time! The Chilean Sea Bass and Seafood Fra Diavlo were the best. The chef/owner came out to see how we enjoyed our dinner. Started with the... More

We wouldn't miss a trip to Yellowfins on our annual trip to Maine. The night we were there only one waiter was on duty...late season and midweek... He did an excellent job! The food was great with no exceptions.

This place is just steps from the beach in Ocean Park, Maine. My friend treated me for my birthday a few months ago, and it was great. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and dessert, and everything was perfectly prepared, cooked to our specifications and liking, and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place is small, and parking isn't always available... More

After traveling to Ocean Park for past 10 years, I finally found time for the Yellowfin. The meal presentation was excellent, as I decided to have both the appetizer and entree dinner specials. Scallops wrapped in bacon (4) and blackened swordfish. Both were very good. I was on a midweek vacation and it was a Wednesday, the room was half... More

While visiting friends in Old Orchard Beach, we found Yellowfins in the neighborhood we were staying. We did not have a reservation, but Were seated promptly in the pleasant well decorated dining room. We had wanted to have fish and there were many entrees to choose from. The Ocean Park area of OOB is "Dry" so if you want to... More
