The atmosphere was exactly what us 1st time, out of towners were looking for: casual and down home. Our party walked in without reservations and Robin and her coworkers treated us like family. They set up one long table and kept the great local drinks flowing as we waited for our food. Most of the group ordered the special: TWO... More

We had a great breakfast at the BB. Corned beef hash was awesome. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced in a convenient location.

We ate dinner there last night, and breakfast this am. Of course it's not summer and its more quiet, but the food was very good, the service has been awesome, very friendly staff. The prices were not bad either. We will most likely eat there again before leaving

Waited another 30 minutes to get our food, which was ok... The eggs were very overlooked on the eggs Benedict. Never got a refill on my small cup of coffee. By... More

My boyfriend and I swung by The Barefoot Boy on our recent trip to OOB. We were enticed by the special for twin lobsters $17.95. You could tell our young waiter was overwhelmed, so we decided to just sit back and relax. The lobsters were delicious, but I was disappointed with the beer selection, especially the lack of beer on... More

Only went to the Barefoot Boy Restaurant for our breakfasts given the little time we had in OOB and it was close to our motel. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly and the cost was reasonable. They even offered real maple sirup for our pancakes and french toasts! I wish we would have had more time... More

Still a don't pass this up. Nautical themed restaurant by the beach. The food is simply excellent with large portions. Incredible seafood stuffed mushrooms and fried fresh fresh fisherman's plata. Steak tips are addictive. Also lobsters. Filet.
