Visited in late September when a lot of places in Old Orchard Beach have closed for the season, so the Landmark was one of a few choices available for something other than bar food. As a result, it was busy and service was a little slow, but not objectionably so. Good food with prices we'd put in the upper-middle range.... More

Stayed in Old Orchard Beach on a last minute decision on our way to Prince Edward Island last week. Arrived rather late, 8-8:30ish and were lucky to find the Landmark open and with a pretty good crowd in the dining room for a Monday night. The menu had such delicious items, we couldn't decide on just 1-2 items, so decided... More

The food was good and the staff was great. Building was in great location. Service was a little slow but then again they had about 50 people to take care of at same time because we were on a bus and there were other diners in restaurant besides us. All in all I would go back.

We were fortunate to find and a wonderful restaurant this time of year that hadn't closed for the season. We were seated in the year round wrap around porch of this beautiful old home. My husband had the surf & turf, the steak arrived exactly as ordered. I had the Lobster chowder, pricey at 11.50 but it was a huge... More

As our server said, it makes my job easy. He was referring to our compliments about the food. We sat on the enclosed porch, which reminded me of relatives homes in NS. It was lovely. The service was great and fresh bread hot and tasty. We of course had seafood. The flavours were fantastic, homemade mashed potatoes a must. We... More

I wanted Lobster and thats what I got, very good. Service was good. Had to wait 40 minutes for the Lobster, not sure if that is good or bad because it was the first time. Food and Service were very good, If you can splurg one night this would be the place to go.

My husband & I had a beautiful meal here on Sept 15. It's truly a lovely place, with fabulous food! I had the East Coast Halibut w/ the lobster sherry sauce...well, it was "slap yourself" delish. If you like a starter, I highly recommend the baked goat cheese. My hubby had his Maine favorite, fried clams & was happy with... More

My wife and I just came back from a dinner out at the Landmark with my brother and his wife. We have been to the Landmark many times before and generally like the restaurant. This time, I ordered the steak and lobster special for $28.95 only to receive a steak with a very minimal amount of lobster (~ 2ozs). The... More

We love the Landmark and make it a special dinner on our yearly trips to Maine. The staff is friendly, the food is AMAZING, and the restaurant itself is a beautiful old restored home!
