Atmosphere was relaxed. Service was great. Food was very good. We were not hurried. Waiter was attentive. Best of all, husband was very satisfied. We will go back.

This restaurant is actually an historic house. The dining room is a converted indoor porch. Food was great.

The Landmark has the best fried clams I've ever had. They are lightly breaded in panko crumbs so that the breading doesn't overpower them. We come here every year on our annual trip to Old Orchard Beach and The Landmark has never failed to serve great food. Dining rooms are charming in this converted house.

Off-day or turning downhill ? My friend opted for the baked lobster special with stuffing, scallops and shrimps (35.95 USD), I chose the steamed one (29.95 USD). We waited for one hour and were served with overboiled lobsters, the meat had shrivelled so much there was hardly any bite left. The baked one was saved by the stuffing and sea... More

We go to the Landmark every year and never have been disappointed. If you are looking for "fast food" this isn't the place for you. Lovely dining experience, excellent food and service.

In September it really slows down in this tourist area. This restaurant had the open flag flying, for 5pm dining. We were suprised at the number of people eating here and they kept coming. We dined on the porch area of this old Victorian home, right near OOB square. Not too much parking, but it looked like many walked here.... More

Service is very slow we had to walk around the place to find someone to pay our bill. The food and drinks are very over priced, the drinks are 3 sips and $9, The fried clams were the worst I ever had not one belly!

If you are looking for a cute place to eat, with great customer service, this place is for you. Prices are a bit high, but service was good. Order fish or seafood and not beef. Beef tips were very overly done and dried out. The fish chowder was awesome.
