I was a little disappointed by the atmosphere and how it has changed over the last couple years. They used to have a nice gift shop but when I recently visited it was pretty much empty. Food was okay. They did serve a nice salad and bread. Wait staff was friendly. They had some brainteaser on the table with missing... More

Food took forever. The waitress said it was because the grilled chicken in my mom's wrap takes longer. Longer than a burger? Seriously? And 40+ minutes? I don't think so. The real slap in the face was when the table next to us got their wrap taken off the bill because their waitress was sorry it took so long! And... More

We tried this place once and won't return. The food was just OK, run of the mill. There was nothing outstanding about the fish we had and the prices were high.

Their fries are panco coated which makes them tastier then others located @ Old Orchard Beach, most was well done and extremely greasy. The service was exceptional , food was good except for the desert. I had the captain's sampler for about $27 . Would have liked the portion to have been a little more (I understand that this a... The service not that great. Really slow. I have celiac and they were not that helpful. The Caesar salad was the best part. My prime rib was mostly fat but good taste because I added the garlic butter. My boyfriend got regular prime rib and it was terrible no taste. It was an expensive dinner payed for with not an... Sadly, I can't give this restaurant a good review. Service was very slow. The server went by our table several times before stopping. The seafood was over cooked and tasted very much like old oil. Very expensive for what was served. Will not be going back again! Not a good representation of Maine seafood at all! Living in NJ, but... More

We used to go here once while on vacation for our "fancy" meal. It used to be great but not this last time. Only a few cars in lot, cold lobsters. Plastic menus and plastic condiment containers. Nothing like it was 10 years ago. No breakfast anymore.

Service was terrible. Food was cold. The worst place I have ever eaten. I took over an 1 1/2 to get our food. The place was not that busy. Tried to let the manager know how terrible things were but she did not care.

The service was great, however that it is where the greatness stops. The fried clams were over cooked, the scallops were lightly cooked and tasted like old oil. The haddock was nothing special. Have had so much better in the off season from this restaurant. The owners need to ditch the seasonal staff and hire quality personnel.

So,the service was average ,I mean mist waitresses are friendly . The food portions were very small for the price. The food was average , maybe the disappointment was from everyone saying "eat the seafood in Maine its the best " and not so much was our findings. The worst part was the end when we get our $150 Bill... More
