Just discovered this little gem tucked at the end of Perkins Cove. Same great coffees and baked goods as in Portsmouth, NH...but with the added pleasure of the ocean view.

Recently, we made a trip to Maine. We stayed in Wells, after four days of so so coffee from several places we went to Perkins Cove. There Breaking New Grounds hit the spot,we met owner, only had muffins and coffee both wonderful and stopped back several more times before returning home. Come to find out our favorite shop in Saratoga... More

This is my favorite spot for a nice hot coffee, latte or mocha. I recently had a Carmel turtle latte that was fantastic and some banana chocolate chip bread that was so moist and delicious! The people there are very kind and friendly too. If you are a coffee fanatic or have a sweet tooth this place is for you.... More

In a state filled with friendly servers, Serena may just be the friendliest. And she pulls a nice espresso, too. Muffins the sweet/soft kind, but loaded with blueberries. The view is perhaps best of all - watching the Atlantic roll in and hit the rocks, does it get any better for breakfast?!

Great cappucino! Plus the outside chairs and the view are beautiful! The raspberry twist is also good!

Best way to spend a quiet afternoon, a good cup of coffee and pleasant seating to watch the ocean and the sea life. Make sure to go every afternoon am there.

This cafe is located on one of the nicest spots in Perkin's Cove. However, the coffee was so bad, I bet prison inmates get better coffee. It was bland, old and nasty. When I added milk, the coffee turned that foul, dull shade you only get from weak, old brew. To add insult to injury, it was 1:30 on a... More

It's not in plain sight but treat yourself to the most peaceful beautiful little spot for coffee overlooking the ocean at Perkin'sCove. Owners Ed and Nancy are there early in the morning getting coffee and pastries ready for customers. Honestly we don't think we would love Ogunquit quite as much without having this coffee shop as our "go- to" haven.... More
