Returned to cafe prego with our anual trip to ogt; it was as good as when we left it last year. Most of us ordered the gourmet pizza which had original and very good combinations. All included fresh ingredients and was enough to serve as lunch the next day. Although there was a wait we were given pagers which allowed... More

You can watch the tourists flow by from the patio and play the secret game of Ogunquit (are they gay, French-Canadian , or from Massachusetts?). Great view and fun.The pizza though, not memorable, only OK. Same for the gelato. I'd go back.

Thank god MARLON was our waiter! He was so sweet and dealt with our large and loud Italian table with a smile and patience. Especially since we were dealing with a less than par experience this visit compared to last summer and were not too happy at first. Our table for 8 only included 2 square tables with a tiny... More

Have eaten here many times over the years but this time food wasn't as good. Service was ok & not as attentive. Wanted gelato but was told by the server to go to the inside counter and order it at the counter and bring it back to the table and it would be added to bill. Are you kidding me?... More

Thank you for your recent visit and for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor. First, it is impossible for the food to be different this year based on the fact that we are fortunate to have the same executive chef in the kitchen preparing the food that has been with us since the Caffe's inception eight... We went here for lunch and it was a great pick. We sat outside and it was a beautiful & relaxing atmosphere. The sanwiches were delicious. I'm happy we chose it and I would definitely recommend Caffe Prego.

The staff seemed nice but puzzled. The food wants to be good but it all looks and tastes like it came from the frozen section in the grocery store.

Thank you for your recent visit to Caffe Prego, but your brief review is without basis and misleading. Our Chef uses nothing but fresh ingredients, delivered daily (often produce is delivered several times in one day) to insure freshness in all of our house made dishes. Many of these features were inspired or are recreations of dishes found during many... More

The food here was great and they were happy to accommodate us and our 2 year old on a busy evening. The staff was very friendly and the live music was fantastic.

As we were walking in we overheard someone in front of us say this place is modeled after an actual restaurant in Italy. We looked at the menu on the sidewalk, looked like they had outside seating availabe...we were getting hungry... and figured its Italien, looks nice and how can you really mess up a panini? Husband got the steak... More

A July 4th weekend getaway with my daughter, and we happened upon this oasis of flowers and eclectic italian food,Cafe Preggo. Very pleasant to be able to sit outside and people watch whilst eating an excellent pizza or delicious gelato. Their double shoot cappuccinos are excellent too, a great pick you up.

Thank you for your recent visit to Caffe Prego and your brief but excellent review on Trip Advisor. You have touched upon several of the highlights of the Caffe Prego menu: Great pizza, delicious house-made gelato perfected after many trips to Italy, and authentic Italian coffees and espresso. We hope you can join us again soon. More
