Great service and ambiance

We really liked it here! We had a really relaxing dinner on the porch. I loved the atmosphere. Everything was good except my scallops were a just little over cooked. But everything else was so good I didn't care too much about that. Loved the buffalo chicken dip!

Had dinner on a busy Friday night before seeing a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse. We were seated on the outside patio which is tastefully landscaped. The waitstaff was attentive, timing our meal perfectly so we didn't feel rushed but appreciating that we were on a it of a schedule. The salads were crisp and fresh. My grilled romaine dressed... A group of 9 of us had a terrible storm day while camping & had to keep finding refuge in different places all day. We came here in the evening & ordered drinks & tapas & played some cards & board games. Really lovely evening. The atmosphere is very jazz lounge. The Lime cojita chips & dip is a great... More

The food here was good. The service however was a bit slow. I had the sea scallops and there was seven large scallops on a salad that included green beans with a medley of roasted potatoes on the side. It was good but not over the top. Friends had the haddock and liked it. We sat outside and it was... More

Sometimes an old stand-by is better than any new-fangled or trendy hot-spot. While many restaurants in Ogunquit come and go awfully quickly, a few of the special ones stick around for the long haul, based on dependable and delicious fare as much as pristine and friendly service. Gypsy Sweethearts has been one of these steadfast establishments, an unassuming but delightfully... More

If you get a chance ask co-owners Tony and Judy about Tony's 1958 VW Van (a 60's counter-culture icon for you kiddies), a chance meeting and a love story. Or just ponder the restaurant's name and graphics and let your imagination run. While you are enjoying the ready smiles of your hosts and being pleased at Tony's Mississippi accent undiminished... shhh, I'm going to tell you the best table to have a romantic dinner at..."secret table". It's on the rooftop around the corner all by its self. Go at night with candle lights and have fun watching all the people. Just don't go when I'm there!!! My husband says I'm going to regret telling everyone. The food is so unique... More

Seated upstairs in well decorated area near the bar, nice music, candle lit tables. Dinner was a little pricey but atmosphere and service are top notch.
