We had dinner at Gypsy's last month during a week's vacation on the coast. It's the second or third time we've eaten there. We always enjoy it. There's an indoor dining room and a deck at the back on the second floor, but we prefer the small patio at the side, which overlooks Shore Road. It's equipped with large propane... More

Ate here many time years ago so we decided to go back. Very disappointed, and should of known when we walked in at 7:30pm and the place was empty.

Gypsies is a favorite. We stay at the Nellie Littlefield House a few steps away, so it is naturally our first dinner in Ogunquit. Very nice.

First, get a reservation! We were walking by on the one day - we had in the area - saw it was a tapas place - and they weren't open yet. We poked our heads in and someone on staff was kind enough to take a reservation for us! We returned after shopping to an early dinner and were given... More

We enjoyed a happy hour with paired drinks and apps. When the rain came, we were ushered inside and continued our meal. The waiter was kind enough to lend us an umbrella for our walk home which we returned the next day.

Our visit this year was totally different from last year(rated outstanding). The service with Ausra was just average. Our great table from last year was not available this year(still vacant when we left). In summary we must return next year in order to determine if last year was just a fluke.i will stick with the seafood and tapas. Our small... More

Marring an otherwise perfect weekend in Ogunquit was our patio experience at Gypsy Sweethearts. It started out so lovely and tanked soon after. We were seated on the patio on a perfect Saturday evening. A very tidy and articulate man took our order. He raved about the specials, was all smiles, charming. Then, like the sound of a needle being... More

We sampled several items from the dinner tapas menu including: potato gnocchi, warm buffalo chicken dip, Cubed Manchego cheese with Rosemary & Thyme, Fresh Raspberries salad with Toasted Walnuts and Local Goat Cheese salad, and the Flame Broiled Sirloin Burger…with blue cheese & caramelized onion and waffle fries. All of the food items were exceptional and had fabulous flavor. The... More

Service was excellent, as was the food. We ate indoors, and it had a very nice homey feel to it. Keep in mind, it is closed on Mondays.

Nice atmosphere, great food, great drinks. Recommended by a local and would definitely eat here again.
