We have eaten there twice in the past week with our family. The first night, our food was okay- salads had a nice portion of lobster and crab meat on top. The lobsters came out hot, so we were happy. The second night the food was not very good- Salmons were dry and tasteless and the lobster rolls had dismal... More

We went to the Oarweed for a nice seafood dinner and we were not disappointed at all. The food and drinks were great, service was good and we sat overlooking the ocean. A good experience all the way around. Great lobster roll, seafood chowder and crab roll as well. We will return here.

Super views at the beginning of the Marginal Way. Better yet, to match the views the food was excellent. Try the potato skins and the house dressing. Both were delicious! In fact, I bought a bottle of the dressing to go!

This is a popular place! Being in perkins cove my wife and I knew what we were getting in to. But the service was wonderful and dinner came out MUCH faster then we had anticipated. Much better then Jackie's. If you are in perkins cove, this is a wonderful place for dinner.

The best thing about this place is the location. Right on the water at Perkins Cove (at the south end of the Marginal Way path) The second best thing about this place is the free valet parking. The third best thing is the rum punch...tasty and strong. The food does not make it onto the list of best things. We... More

We sat in the open air dining room, the view is beautiful! My husband and I both got boiled lobster dinners, yummy! We split a Key Lime Bar (a la mode) that was delicious!

We tried the Oarweed last week with another couple. Perkins Cove is a beautiful place, and the restaurant is right on Marginal Way overlooking the ocean. That's the best thing it has going for it. I will say that the drinks are strong, and if I'm going to pay ten or more dollars for a drink, I expect to be... More

The view is spectacular, right on the cove at the end of the Marginal Way. Service was nice and friendly, we had a nice chat with our waitress. The seafood sampler bake included shrimp, scallops, and lobster in a nice butter and cracker crumb sauce. The lobster bisque was excellent as well. Overall, a great dinner place

The Oarweed Cove is right in Perkins Cove - it isn't your normal restaurant. Picnic tables inside and out ... but the food is wonderful and what a view of the water!
