Was recommended from the Lobster Gal, Sally Lerman's, book Lobster Rolls of New England. First, I stopped next door and wasn't over thrilled with their lobster roll. Then I got in line and was number 42. I ordered a lobster roll with butter and asked for no sides.Just wanted to taste the lobster meat expecting a sweet experience. It was... More

We live in the Portland, Maine area and have had plenty of lobster rolls, but this one was by far the biggest. Great toasty roll, and overflowing with huge pieces of lobster tail & claw meat. I also had the grilled swordfish sandwich, which was excellent

As a first time visitor with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend we decided to try the Lobster roll for lunch. This place has a lot of foot traffic and the lines can be long at times. On this day they were having a $15.95 Steamed Lobster Special which consisted of two lobsters and a 1/2 ear of corn. We... More

Lobster roll was full of tail and claw meat. I loved how they asked us if we wanted it made with butter or mayo. Very delicious and i definitely recommend. It's just a shack so eat at a bench around the corner. We also got the clam chowder. It was pretty tasty but could've used more clams. If so, i... More

The lobster roll I had was very good and as fresh as you could possibly imagine. It's strictly take out but there is a place in the little square to hang and eat.

By rights, a place in such a heavily touristed area shouldn't be this good, but the lobster rolls were excellent with more than one lobster's worth of meat each and very fresh tasting. Can order either with melted butter or salad style with a little mayo. In a place surrounded by views, we didn't really miss seating - just found... More

There is probably lobster from 2 lobsters in the lobster roll. Stuffed with claws and tail meat. My husband had the Lobster BLT which he also said was excellent. I have had many lobster rolls and this one, with a little bit of butter, is the best by far for the price.

This is a wonderful little place in Perkins cove placed on the side of the lobster shack and right next to the bridge. You can watch the boats come and go, lovely place. my boyfriend and I went here for lunch and we each got a lobster roll with butter. They give you so much lobster and it's so fresh... More

Living in the Midwest, I rarely have lobster. However, we are vacationing, in Maine, in Perkins Cove so after checking Trip Advisor, decided to try Foot Bridge's lobster roll and a clam roll. If you are trying to be economical, you will have to go elsewhere because this totalled about $39, plus I paid $7 for two hours of parking... More
