We had the whole lobsters which were a great price of $12.99 for 2 lobsters. The lobster rolls were good but would have been better if they were hot instead of cold.

When your not looking for something fancy, but good, this could be your place. I have a cup of the Lobster Seafood Chowder, and I must have had 3/4 of a lobsters worth of meat in it. My wife loved her Clam Chowder too. I saw a few lobster rolls go by for $15, and they were full, and could... More

The lobster roll was overflowing with lobster - yes it was a dollar or two more than other places but it also had more lobster in the roll. My wife and I shared the roll and were very satisfied and will return. Myself, I prefer just lobster over lobster rolls but this roll was very good.

I was really looking forward to a good lobster roll so I was excited when I read about Footbridge Lobster. It was our first stop on a road trip in Maine. I was extremely disappointed. It was as if the owners left the place to the care of college students who didn't know how to cook. The lobster, although ample,... More

I would not classify this as a restaurant. It is a service counter with a few seats outside. The lobster roll itself tasted nice, but I would not classify it as special, especially for the price of $ 18 including taxes. And it only came with a bag of chips (crisps), no fries. Have been to better places (e.g. Gloucester)

I found this restaurant on my first trip to Maine four years ago. Of course my girlfriend and I wanted to eat a lobster roll. It was written ''Best Lobster Roll in Maine!'' by the window. This is what we had and since then, we eat there every year! I also had whole bellyfried clams and they were excellent. The... More

The Lobster Roll was Great! Kind of Shady... Had a lady walking around Perkins Cove telling people OMG I just had the greatest lobster roll, she pretended to be a 1st timer. Then when we got in line guess who brought out our order? Same lady who was walking around the town pretending she had just had one. Can't go... More

The best and freshest Lobster Rolls. They make your lobster roll to your liking while you wait. Run by lobstermen. It's take out only right in the cove. Eat at a picnicn table.

On our recent trip to New England, we discovered there are many different types of lobster rolls. Some with butter, some with mayo, some with both. Warm rolls, cold filling, cold rolls, warm filling... the list goes on. Footbridge lobster, however, have mastered a crispy thin sub style roll with chunks of lobster filling. It is a winning combination, and... More

Walked the Marginal Way, and then at the end finished up in Perkins Cove. Saw the reviews about Footbridge Lobster and stopped there for lunch. Great lobster roll. chock full of lobster on a buttered roll. it is just a takeout window so no seating so grab a nearby bench if you can. Well worth the stop. You won't be... More
