We had dinner here last night for my dad's birthday and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We had recently read a stellar review of the restaurant in the Maine Sunday Telegram (the review didn't lie), so we decided this would be the perfect place to go for a fancy dinner in the area. Wow, it was phenomenal. Not... More

This was not our first visit, but the first time with a friend. His response is probably the best recommendation I have ever heard...it's just yummy. This is a cute old house and the atmosphere and service are superb. They have a full bar and made great manhattans. The starters and entrees are limited, but so good. My husband raved... More

We come here for all special occasions. Food is excellent, gourmet, so don't come here looking for a burger or plain steak. It's a bit pricy, but worth it for that special dinner. It's in a Victorian style house, with a limited number of tables, so be sure to make a reservation. Family run, our waitress was the cooks mother!... More

We made reservations for this wonderfully delicious restaurant in advance, thank goodness! They book up and you can't get in on a normal day! We had the best blackened sea scallops ever! and the steak offering was outstanding! We enjoyed talking with the owners:) We had more in common than we knew! I highly recommend this one!

For the third year in a row, we came from Casco to eat at 76 Pleasant Street -- and for the third year in a row, the experience exceeded expectations. The menu is small, but every dish is done perfectly. Last night, each member of our party had tried multiple dishes, and we sought our new ones. I had the... More

What a find! The owner's wife was our waitress and I am assuming the husband was the cook. The food was individually prepared. We each had salads that were bursting with flavor. I had the pan fried scallop dinner which was so good I purposely slowed down to savor the taste! The menu changes. A small but well put together... More

76 Pleasant Street is a no brainer for anyone looking for a top notch meal. It is great for a family dinner (with older children), a romantic meal or any special occasion. This is easily the best meal we've ever had in 8 years of visits to the Sebago Lakes district where our boys attend summer camp. The filet mignon... More

We were fortunate that local friends brought us to try this charming restaurant. Although the setting is cozy and romantic, the food itself did not disappoint. This is not an all-atmosphere, so-so-food kind of place! Both my husband and I enjoyed our salads, and the fish dishes we each tried were perfectly cooked, with unusual but delicious sauces complimenting the... More
