A Fun Place to eat

This is a historic building with a marvelous fireplace near the bar, it is huge. The restaurant has the typical bar food and a few extras. I had the fish and chips and it was so much better than expected and same goes for the chicken tenders they were really good ! Its LOUD by the bar the TV's... read more

Our 2nd visit to the Whale's Tooth Pub for lunch was just as good as the first time. Nearly every seat in the dining room has a view of the Lincolnville harbor. The bar area is located in the original, antique part of the building. We even had the same server on the 2nd visit and were again very happy... More

Second time around as good as the first! The bucket of mussels is a meal all by itself and I love the grilled pork with apples. Delicious food with great views and service is very friendly.

Wow! After a long day in the car, this was a perfect place to rest a while. Excellent food combined with wonderful staff. If you order the seafood stir fry over linguine, you have to have a large appetite.

Visiting from Rhode Island. Had a delicious seafood dish with my wife, brother and his wife. Great service from Hopper, our waitress. Will certainly return here when we visit Lincolnville in the fall.

To start, the pale ale from Andrews Brewery tasted very watered down.Labatt blue beer they serve there which happened to be nearly $2 cheaper had more flavor than the pale ale. The mac and cheese that we were told was excellent had no flavor to it and at $11.95 was a waste of money. The staff was not very friendly... More

I used to really love the Whale's Tooth, but the last few times it has been a bit of a disappointment for me. The first disappointment was in December when I went with some friends. I knew better than to venture out of my comfort zone, but after the waitress raved about the Thai chicken, I just had to try... More

I loved visiting this place, twice during our stay in Maine. I had lobster one night and a seafood mornay type bake that was just delicious. Service was great. Loved the beautiful fire in the restaurant - created a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend visiting!
