Laid back

Good local spot right on the water. Fairly large menu so everyone should be able to find something they like. They do make a delicious homemade salad dressing. Very casual, typical pub atmosphere. Good service.

We were looking for a place to eat and the name caught out our (Whales Tooth). Right from the start we were greeted and seated. Great Pub/Restaurant atmosphere. If you want a great view of the water sit outside that overlooks the water. Staff was really friendly and the service was excellent. I would rank the food as excellent. Recommend... More

The food was pretty good. Fish and chips were excellent. The scallops were baked, they were just ok but we prefer them seared. The location right on the water makes for a great view.

We went to dinner here last night and they were not only really friendly and helpful, but thy easily accommodated our large party of seven. The food was really good, albeit rich: I had the lobster mac and cheese and it was amazingly good. The portions are enormous here: two people could have shared the Mac and cheese and still... More

it's pretty ordinary. anyone can cook lobster and it's a nice location but other menu items are simply nothing special. chez michel across the street is a much better option.

This restaurant is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. I chose a spinach salad with haddock. The haddock tasted great; the spinach was served wet with onions and a few vegetables. I was looking for a healthy and light meal and was happy with that, but the salad was soggy. The waitress forgot to bring the salad dressing... More

Stayed down the road at the Resort and Conference Center. We decided on the Whales tooth for dinner. Very good choices, maybe a little pricey. Chowder was above average. Chicken stir fry was rather unusual but very good. Also had the rhubarb pie, my favorite. Wanted to try the Whale teeth as an appetizer but that never appeared. Overall, above... More
