Very quaint warm cozy atmosphere. Our server was good, not spectacular but good. Food was good, nothing extraordinary. My husband raved about his beef stroganoff. My stuffed haddock was pretty good, the stuffing better than the fish. It has a very warm inviting atmosphere, I would certainly go again, I would just order something else. There is no kids menu,... The food was decent, but the service wasn't the best. Our meals came before our salads and the waitress did not check back very often.

Last weekend we finally had a chance to visit the Whales Tooth. We had not been in quite some time and we're really looking forward to it. It has been a great experience every time we had gone, and have really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the colder months. I have no other way to describe it, but this... More

The food was great. I think it was the best lobster I had during our entire 5 week trip. The people are friendly, remember your name and do their very best to seat you quickly and in the type of table you desire.

It is a busy restaurant/bar with a good kitchen and a great view over the harbour and the sea. The dishes are of boord quality, but do not expect culinairy experiments. For the Dutch; the lady of the house is a Dutch lady.

We ordered the two-lobster plate to share. It came with two sides, and we chose broccoli and French Fries. The lobster was properly cooked and succulent. The broccoli was firm and delicious. The Fries were out of this world! The Fries are full-cut, skin on, possibly done on site, and were some of the best we have ever eaten.

Went on a night when there was live music, very enjoyable evening with good value food, attentive staff despite being very busy.

A very friendly and casual restaurant. The owner made himself available to everyone. The food was excellent - but the servings were too large. We forget about this in U.S. restaurants!

we went on a Friday night and they had a country band that was awesome. We enjoyed drinks and the meals were fantastic. Had a swordfish dish that was excellent. Would go there whenever in area.

This is a charming pub in a historic building and we were treated to live entertainment by Scott Harrison and Jeff Glass. The food was incredible!
