Best calamari!!! It is located in an old warehouse and the ambiance is nice. The people are friendly and the food is great! I would eat there again. There wasnt anything I didnt like. They stayed open pretty late, it seemed.

I had been hesitating to dine at Fishbones due to some of the reviews and the prices. But I need not have worried! The food was 5 star and the service excellent. My scallops melted in my mouth and my hubby's steak was cooked exactly as ordered. We'll definitely be going back.

I was visiting my daughter at Bates College and we hadn't given Fish Bones a try yet. I wish we had dined there sooner. The mussels appetizer was delicious!! The Haddock was fresh and cooked perfectly. Our server was excellent and provided just the right level of service to us. The location in the old mill was fun too.

Loved the food, for my wife who is not a seafood person, the selection was a little slim, but we both found something good to try. Drink prices are a little steep, but to be expected for a restaurant in this caliber.

Had dinner with two others and received excellent service. Opened with the lobster bisque which was lightly balanced. Had a local beer (Baxter IPA) with my Land & Sea entree, which was a sirloin, scallops, and shrimp. Impressed with flavoring of the surf and turf and pleasantly surprised with the sides. My dinner mates liked their dishes as well and... More

The fish was fresh and tasty, I had salmon, others had haddock and cod. The portions were a good size and the vegetables were fresh. The salmon did not have potatoes as the others did. Very tasty. Had lobster bisque and it was out of this world. Service this evening was slow as not much help, but worth the wait.... More

We dined at Fish Bones during our trip in September and had a lovely meal. The quaint restaurant sits in an old warehouse surrounded by brick walls and dim lighting - perfect for families and couples a like. The service was great and the food was presented and tasted delicious. Would love to come back should we return to the... More

The food and decor are top notch and you will be impressed by both when you walk in the door. Excellent wine list and fresh catch never disappoints.

Probably our favorite restaurant for a nice meal when in Lewiston, Fish Bones offers a nice but comfortable atmosphere within this old, restored brick mill building near the river in downtown Lewiston. The seafood is very good and they offer a few other options. Wine & beer selections are decent and service has always been fine. The bar is a... More

Had dinner here with my in-laws to celebrate my husband's birthday. My sister-in-law is very picky, but suffice to say that she loved the scallops she was served. The men had hamburguers; I had salmon, which was cooked to perfection, served with small diced sweet potatoe, brussel sprouts cooked with bacon. Delicious. Would definitely come back to eat here.
