The Beach Pea Bakery is a little hard to find but worth it. They offer Gluten free breads and other bakery goods that are excellent. The flourless chocolate cake is the best I have had. The sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread or other great breads and everything tastes fresh and tasty. They have bakery samples out usually... More

Thanks to recommendations from other TripAdvisor reviewers and a friend, I knew that I’d have a good late-afternoon lunch at Beach Pea Baking Co. There are two counters and two cash registers. One is for the café section; the other is for the bakery section. Ordering is at the walk-up counter for each. There are several tables in a side... More

Great spot. Coffees are so delicious and homemade breakfast goods. Can't go wrong here for breakfast or lunch. They really make some great food here.

We stopped in today, not knowing what to expect, and we're greeted by a quaint little shop that recycles and reuses. The salad I had was delightful and light, my husband wanted more meat in his sandwich. .but over all good.

The grounds are attractive; a modest building; courteous, efficient , and friendly staff; efficient method for providing customer service, there was a line when we entered but are order was taken very quickly; if you are looking for a salad or sandwich the choices seem limitless; the baked goods were amazing; the to go containers are compostable; the coffee is... Being a town resident and a frequent shopper to this part of town for produce and meat it is just too tempting to stop in to the Beach Pea on my Saturday morning routine and drink in the wonderful aromas. The pastries are fantastic - I especially love the scones, cookies and croissants. Their cakes are excellent - we ordered... More

Anytime I find myself in the Kittery area I try to stop at Beach Pea. I love their "#2" which is an extremely tasty turkey and avocado sandwich. They also have build your own sandwiches which will accommodate the pickier types. Seeing as how I have an absolute sweet tooth, I don't know how I've never had one of their... More

Stopped here on a cold afternoon with friends for coffee. Ended getting a scone too. I'm glad I did. This place has the classic, cozy, New England charm to it. We spent two or three hours here reading, sipping coffee and people-watching. Well worth stopping by!

Read all of the positive reviews online and figured we would give Beach Pea a try. We needed some lunch to bring to Ogunquit Beach so we stopped in. l'm always a bit skeptical when I read a ton of good reviews, it makes me feel that people aren't that discerning. Boy was I wrong. There are make own sandwiches... More

I had the special crepes with goat cheese with a fresh salad with champagne vinaigrette, and it was amazing. Ours kids are fussy with sandwich because they don't like mayo or mustard, cheese or salad so we were able to make their own sandwich with only what they like. The chocolate cookie was amazing. I recommand for the freshness of... More
