I have never had a bowl of soup or chowder that had as much lobster (probably a whole lobster) as this. My first visit I added the salad bar for just $4.00 which turned out to be way to much food. I squeezed in 3 visits to Warrens on my stay in Portsmouth and wish I could take them home.... More

After a long day shopping in Freeport and driving along the coast stopping in Portland to view 5 many lighthouses, we found the perfect spot to eat. Huge salad bar, great crab cakes, wonderful location. Found out that Tim Conway and other celebrity's had been there too. Great service!

I had never been to Warren's Lobster House until today. I didn't know what to expect. They have free valet parking, which is a nice perk. The unlimited salad bar was delicious. We did an "add on" of lobster for $9 and blackened chicken for $4. It was worth it. I can't believe I had never been here but we... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. From the outside, it looks like it could be a bit of a tourist trap. But, it turned out to be great! First, the service was outstanding. Everyone was so nice, even letting us order and stay as long as we wanted even though we arrived right at closing time. Second, the... More

Went to Warren's with friends. One goes to this place for the Salad Bar (GREAT), the Pumpkin Bread (GREAT), the FISH (GREAT). But it is very busy and noisy. We went on a Saturday night and had to wait even though we arrived at 6PM (no reservations and no call ahead / BAD). So if you want good food and... More

Great family place, stopped by on a Saturday evening, it was very busy but that didn't stop their very efficient pleasant staff from seating our party of eight quickly. The food was very good. Their salad bar was excellent, it was constantly monitored and filled with fresh ingredients. Their dill salad dressing was one of the best that I have... More

The lobster and steamers are always perfect, they really know how to do seafood. Be sure to ask for a window seat if it is your first time...it is wonderful to sit and watch the boats on the water as you eat. They have an award winning salad bar with extensive offerings for every taste. At the end, take your... More

This restaurant is very popular: so there may be a wait. The best part is the large expansive salad bar: it wa really good. They also offer soup and fresh pumpkin bread. The seafood entrees were very good but expensive. The worst part is very limited parking. There is a wonderful gift shop on site. Friendly service. They do have... More

My esteemed spouse and I were recently pleased with our visit for lunch at Warren's. First, the location is just lovely...sat in a sunny corner overlooking the river and enjoyed that.. but more importantly, we enjoyed our food! Esteemed spouse had the Memorial Bridge Sampler, a mix of fried shrimp, calamari, and of course, clams....and I believe he thought it... More

my friend took me here for my birthday lunch. this is a long time favorite restaurant for both of us. not only are the menu options winners for me, a lobster lover, but the salad bar always is a sure winner for her,in spite of the fact that she doesn't eat anything from the ocean. For a week day, service... More
