We ate there with our son, who lives nearby. It's in a small strip mall; not a very inviting location, but it's worth a stop. The food is very, very fresh; no canned mushrooms (or other veggies) here. And delicious. Tastes that aren't cooked so long that the flavors all run together. All the dishes we tried were great! The... More

Best thing I liked about this place was the unique dessert-coconut ice cream with fried bananas wrapped in dough drizzled with honey and chocolate. Delicious! The chicken satay and crab rangoon was also very good. I ordered the drunken noodle dish but I prob should of gone with the phad thai. The end result was a little pricey but no... More

My wife and I found this restaurant by accident years ago on one of our annual shopping trips. To date I would say we have eaten there 20 plus times. The spices, the flavours, the presentation are exceptional. We have never left disapointed.

We have been here a number of times. The food is cooked to order...fast and fresh! We enjoyed the chicken soup and also the main dishes of red curry and Prik Khing were plentiful to share and the sauces were great with the jasmine rice. A little pricey, but worth it!

My family and I love Thai food and eat a lot of it and have done so in many restaurants in the northeastern US. The food at this one is near the top of our list: really, really good. The restaurant itself is in a funny little strip mall near a roundabout in Kittery, but please get by the outside... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the very good tasting food. I tried the veggie dumplings which were so fresh and the very tasty Thai rolls. I followed up with the house fried rice with chicken. The German Reisling was also very pleasing. All the servings were very plentiful that I took some home to enjoy the next day. We were... More

Tasty Thai is a favorite with local families seeking authentic Thai cuisine, beautifully presented, that's fresh and custom cooked. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and helpful. While the tiny restaurant is casual, it provides a gentle atmosphere of personal caring and unhurried grace. Veggies are cooked al dente, and flavors are delightful to the palate.

While visiting Portsmouth we came for dinner on a Friday night. Since some of the reviews were quite good, we gave it a try. We found the service very good, Pad Thai dishes tasty and the "fresh " spring rolls cold (we used our soup to warm it up) and a bit overpriced. An average experience.

Decided to come back here for dinner since I had been in a few months ago for dinner and liked it. Menu had changed...got much much smaller...they didn't even have fresh spring rolls on the menu! There was an award plaque hung on the wall with photos of their food and it included a big photo of fresh spring rolls.... More
