The legendary Clam Shack is indeed awesome. Me and my husband did a lobster roll taste-test between Alisson's down the road and also the Clam Shack. Alisson's lobster roll was indeed top-notch and delicious, but the lobster meat at the Clam Shack is over-the-top outstanding and tender. We also tried a fresh crab meat sandwhich and an order of clam... More

Three of us ate here early evening when it wasn't too busy! Two got fried scallops which were excellent, but a little pricey at $16.50 for 1/2 pint (no sides). I got the lobster roll with melted butter instead of mayo. Again, it was excellent, but pricey at $17.50 (no sides). Some of these clam shacks with excellent food raise... More

If you want low quality, high price food this is the place to go. Owner did not even ask if food was ok. Much better quality food on either side of the bridge. Very high priced for the quality.

Good lobster roll and fried belly clams that were very expensive. The line starts building around 11 am so get there early!

A pound of lobster meat, soft bun, with your choice of butter, mayo or both. I could have eatn here every day! If you want the best... More

My husband and I got the lobster roll here because it was voted #1 by one of the food magazines, and it was delicious! There was a line of about 30 people in front of us, but it moves along fairly well. We don't know why (since the main ingredients are the same as everywhere else), but the lobster roll... More

allways a line here so very popular place, we did both the fried and the fresh, if you go inside you can order boiled lobster, good price and fresh and tasty, out side is the line for the fried seafood, it was good but nothing id wait in line for again.

Each year this does not disappoint; an old school fired clam shack, the food is awesome, delivered in paper trays and finger licking good
