What can I say, Pedros is a must! Yummy food, artfully prepared. Great drinks ( Casey and Anna know how to mix it up!) and the ambience is just plain comfortable! Queso, chios and salsa, guacamole, fish tacos.... And great happy hour. Another wonderful feature is the patio is per friendly.... Put your sombrero on your puppy and head on... More

This place is a great change if you are tired of the lobster and fried seafood. Wouldn't say its the best Mexican food but it works. Prices are good and drinks are strong. Service is great and its got great atmosphere.

I lived in NY for 30+ years we had good Mexican food. So when I was driving with my family through maine and decided to stop here for lunch, I was hoping for an average experience. Instead I had an excellent experience. Food was very good, decor was authentic. Owners have done a great job.

Stopped in for lunch on a quiet September day, arriving around noon. I was meeting a collegue for a bite to eat. Being off season, it really didn't get busy at all while we were there. The menu was lovely, and the food quite good, however, the service really lacked. I run a hotel, and my collegue is a chef,... More

The menu was a mix of traditional and non-traditional Mexican fare. All was fresh and serving sizes were perfect. Great service and nice outdoor seating. Walking distance to down town.

If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for your food, this is the place for you. The food is good but definitely not worth the wait. Past reviewers were right about the service.

Sat at the bar at the insistence of my friend (a local). Had a great experience with the bar friendly bar staff who mixed AMAZING watermelon margaritas. I normally judge a Mexican restaurant by the quality of the salsa - I was not disappointed here. I was especially surprised by how good my food was. The three of us (non-locals)... More

We were looking for a change of away from seafood for one meal. Pedro's sounded like the perfect place, but wasn't. The food was good, above average, but it took quite a while to get servers attention on a slow, mid-day afternoon. Once we ordered (restaurant was only half full), it took over 30 minutes to get our meal. Stick... More

We visited on a Wednesday around 4:30 pm. We sat on the outdoor patio which was very nice. Our server, Kristen, was great with our young kids and very patient. The menu was somewhat limited and the kids menu had only mexican choices but we settled on cheese quesadillas which my kids gobbled up. We weren't told about the specials... More
