Interesting Tapas and drinks

We stopped here on a recent trip to Maine and were really pleased with everything about this place. First of all, it was an unusually warm weekend and so the outdoor patio was open ( with a lovely fire pit ) - we were promptly seated, and our drink order placed. We have been wanting to get back to check out Old Vines Wine Bar since the summer and we finally did! Great wines, amazing cheeses and charcuterie selection and inventive coctail specials! Great service and vibe! We will be back!

Fresh and tasty quality food, outdoor seating and friendly and professional staff. Food is easy to share, like tapas but much better. We had beet salad, burratta, short rib...They serve wine by the glass. Would go again anytime!

It would be too easy to write an essay here about how brilliant this place is, so I am going to try to keep this concise. Firstly, the description on the website is completely true: "Casual sophistication" is at the very heart of this winning combination of venue, food and drinks, and staff. Venue: Beautifully appointed interior and exterior, with... More

We returned for our fourth visit in a year and the server remembered us. We love the tapas - like environment. Wine, snacks and a wonderful environment. The baked feta was great. Try it. It's a favorite.

I love it, best dinner we have had so far in the States. This is not a full Restaurant but a wine bar. The choice of dishes is small and limited, never the less they are delicious! The wine selection is wide and exquisite, naturally we have enjoyed a local US product.

This is a small place that is half bar and half restaurant. They have a very good wine list and also make many specialty cocktails. Food is a mix of many different things from flatbreads and salads to aged meat and cheese selections. There are also a few large plates which are "main courses." They have a fire pit out... More

Great wine selection and yummy small plates. Sever made very nice wine suggestions. Tried the chicken meatballs because the couple next to us got them and they smelled wonderful. Did not disappoint!!! Sat out by the fire pit and finished our wine. Great place!!!
