I may have had the best French Dip of my life at Duffy's. They were packed yet the service was prompt. Food arrived quickly. And was extremely tasty. I was extremely pleased.

My partner went here for dinner on a Monday night and were fortunate to have Amy as our server. Amy was very friendly and helped us with our menu selections in a place that looks much nicer inside then the outside would suggest. I started with the French Onion Soup which I felt was pretty good for this place. My... More

Have driven by this restaurant many times and never stopped in. Always looked quite busy, so my wife and I gave it a try. A nice venue but little imagination on the menu and a very limited beer and wine selection makes this an average tavern/restaurant. I had a very good cup of clam chowder, and my wife enjoyed the... Service was great but food VERY average! We ordered a chicken quesadilla which was alright, but also ordered a smoked turkey sandwich which was not great at all. My boyfriend was not even able to eat half of it! We expected more of a Tavern atmosphere but there was too much lighting and kids were allowed in, we were surprised.

In a converted mill next to the river, this is a high-ceilinged setting with blonde furniture and an open floor plan. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant catered to a wide range of customers (families, couples, a large table of young adults). We enjoyed food from the appetizer list (crab cakes and veggie quesadillas), and a fish... More

Stopped by with my friend for a quick drink and meal. We sat at the bar for a better view. The bartender was polite and courteous though a little pushy in getting us to order food. The meal was good and we plan on coming back when we have a little more time to spend. Prices were reasonable.

It could be said that this is a "typical bar food" establishment, but that would not be telling the whole story. Duffy's has several unique items on the menu, and their menu itself is very unique, consisting of what looks like a newspaper even with local advertisements and articles. They have a section devoted to explaining how they designate their... More

Huge portions, garden fresh salads, tasty patty melt and burgers, and delicious chili. Friendly waitress and a fun "newspaper" style menu that offers huge variety and a good distraction for kids. Fair prices and good service. All told, a very solid lunch option for our family of 5.
