This is not our first visit to The Crocker House but AGAIN it has completely exceeded our expectations! The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the service is pleasant and prompt. We recommend this restaurant as top of the list!!!

One of the best dining experiences you'll ever have in Downeast Maine. My wife and I dined here for the first time this spring and have been back twice since. The Beef Au Poivre is fantastic, I have had it twice now and we also recommend the Seafood Pasta, there is such a large amount of seafood in this dish... More

A first class B&B in a country setting. Crocker House is about 15 miles from Ellsworth, Maine near the end of Hancock Point, and within an easy walk to the ocean. We were two couples, celebrating Mothers Day, and the Crocker House had a Mothers Day special of dinner, lodging and breakfast at a fixed price. We stayed in the... More

My husband and I just dined once again on Thanksgiving at the Crocker House. They start out with a delicious soup and a variety of breads . Our entree was a large platter of light and dark turkey, two slices of ham and all the trimmings. Everything was cooked to perfection and we had enough leftovers for a week. The... More

The ambiance, service, location and food are all excellent. No bad choices. One of the best dining experiences ever. No need to say more. Don't miss it.

We went here with Friends for their 51st Wedding Anniversary. So glad we did. My husband had the Seafood Scampi and said it was the best he's Ever had! I had the Steak (Filet Au Poivre) which was "to die for", Our friend's husband had the Salmon Oskar which he said was Wonderful and ate every bite!. My girlfriend had... More

If you want to feel at home while visiting the Bar Harbor Acadia area stay at Crocker House and dine at Crocker House. Well I took my wife and family out to the Crocker house . We had seafood fettuccini and rib eye and all the courses. Its almost a 2 hours meal in all. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. I was a cook in the military for 20 year and my wife and I love to... More

We have stayed at the Inn numerous times when vacationing in Maine. The food is the finest on the Maine coast. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful, and will accommodate any reasonable request. It feels like "the family summer home," but they cook for you, and spectacularly! There is plenty of fun nearby - a tennis court down the street,... More

Warm, friendly and attentive staff. Start off with a delicious, perfectly mixed Martini or a glass of your favorite wine or beer. The dining room is small but cozy. You might consider a reservation if you are planning on seating a larger party or if you are hoping for dinner on a weekend in the middle of summer. Every meal... More
