A blast from the past. Just like stepping into how life was in the fifties. Not fancy but beautiful for what it is. Great reasonably priced food. Just wonderful.

This is a local place and nothing 'special' but the lobster special was super. Service was good. We ate outside and could listen to the band playing across the street - that can be good or bad!

We visit the Greenville area of Maine every summer. This is the first time we chose to eat at Graves as we are allergic to shellfish AND thought that this as primarily a place that sold seafood to be cooked at home. We were told the expanded dining room was fairly new. NO atmosphere, but the single waitress did welcome... More

The service was terrible, took forever to get waited on and watched others come in behind us and get waited on first. Waitress was so rude, I figure the only way she still has a job is because she probably owns the place(?) Other waitress seemed pleasant. My husband ordered a beer and was given the bottle to drink from... More

We stopped in for dinner one night. We both had the whole belly clam dinner. The seafood was so fresh and the potatoes are real Maine potatoes. The portions are huge and the price is very reasonable. I had a hot fudge sundae for dessert and it came in a cereal bowl! It was huge! The next evening we went... More

Nothing fancy .......... but delicious with generous helpings and good service. Convenience of eat in or take out. If weather had been better, take out would be perfect option for picnic by the lake.

This place was recommended to us and during a three week vacation to Maine served probably the worst plates of food in Maine if not the USA. Sorry it was dreadful the scallops were drenched in grease from the fryer the fries were disgusting. Enough said !

We ate here for lunch and though we arrived at 11:30 and they opened at 11:00, we were apparently the first customers and the waitress acted like we were a bit of a bother to show up. One of us had a lobster roll and the other had a clam strip roll. They were good, but not delicious. The cole... More

When you go into Graves you need to understand that the place is not so much a "restaurant" but a "lobster pound". Anything other than seafood is subsidiary. We were there on a weekday evening. It was not very busy. The service was good and the waitress was friendly. I am not a seafood person! I do not like lobster!... More
