Great Lunch

Stopped for lunch and was pleased. The service was good. I ordered the chicken salad wrap and it was fresh. My buddy got the natural casing hot dog and fries which he said was good. Reasonably priced and plenty of seating

Cole Farms finally takes credit cards!!! Finally moving into last century....the food is average, but usually served hot and quick. Our server was excellent and knew the menu inside and out. I had the daily special, and at my own peril ordered the lunch special, a meatball sub. Frozen meatballs complimented with a nice marinara sauce....a bargain with chips and... More

Wh\ent to this place as a kid with my grandparents for comfort food on day weather days. As an adult, I don't think a single thing has changed except more tables and a new section added on. Prices are out of the 50's and menu is an honor to that time period as well...in all of the good ways! Great... More

Came again for what used to be a very inexpensive meal. Prices have gone up quite a bit in the interval of a few years. Meal was still large, tasty and filling. Rooms haven't changed much, lots of booths and a large counter area that is tucked away in the back. It's used to be crowded, but because I was... More

and you're needing something at your table, even when not rushed, or appearing to be rushed, it's an unpleasant situation. This happened when the restaurant was slammed, and with the server showing them photographs on her iphone or whatever, if these people were long-lost friends, which they weren't, the server could still have had an awareness of what was needed... They no longer have clams daily, so that was disappointing. Their waitstaff use to make you feel like you were coming home. Our waitress didn't even bring rolls. She can't be from Maine because she doesn't know the difference between MALT vinegar and any old vinegar. BUT the price is still great! I had Swordfish for a VERY reasonable price... More

I live and Maine and have been eating here for years. Sadly, things have recently gone downhill!! This past Easter l called to make a reservation for their Easter Buffet. The woman on the phone gladly took the reservation for 3:00 PM, but failed to tell me that the buffet ended at 2:00!! When we arrived and told the the... More

Great home cooked meals. The French fries with gravy are some of the things I go for. The cole slaw is right up there with KFC's. The prices are very reasonable.

I've eaten at Cole Farms at least once a year for the past 45 years. Some things have changed but as far as I'm concerned its still a great place for a good meal at a good price. The hamburgers a good and the fries and onion rings are VERY good. They make most of the food from scratch and... More

I do go to Cole Farms every once in awhile. It is ok, basic food with good desserts. They have specials daily, and the waitresses are very nice and friendly, we had a booth to the side since we had 6 of us and were probably quite talkative. Not a bad place, the ice cream is very good.
