A friend and I always wanted to try the restaurant at Grey Havens but never made it until one night in September. We wish we had visited sooner. I can't say enough- the food was spectacular. There are very few places to "dine" in the area without having to travel to Portland. This is the exception. If you are looking... More

About the only downside of the beautiful Grey Havens setting was the lack of close by dining, requiring a trip into Bath. Having Blue there is terrific and makes it easy to enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Excellent service. Food was very enjoyable.

10 of us stayed at Grey Havens to celebrate a 20th Wedding anniversary. What better place to then "BLUE" to have dinner. Food quality, service was outstanding. Thanks for making our special day even better!

Both the location and the menu are delightful. Because it's a small inn in a quiet location, the menu is deliberately kept small. That means items are fresh and tasty.

The best meal we had during our week in Maine. I probably won't make any friends on here with my comment to Eve that her prices had some room in them. Very good value, chef prepared fresh seafood, excellent service and ambiance beyond compare.

The food at Blue is inventive without being weird. I enjoyed two meals their and they were both delicious: port short rib and hanger steak. Most items are on the pricey side, but well worth the money. The service is attentive without being obnoxious. Highly recomment.

Wow! From the lovely greeting on the wrap-around porch, drinks looking out across islands out to open ocean, to a great dinner in a fabulous old inn, this evening was well-worth the trip. This spot has not always been graced with the best food in the past, but as of this year, it gets a "Blue" star from me. Great... More

We have eaten at this restaurant four times and have not been disappointed. The food is unfailingly excellent and the ambiance is quintessential Maine. Located in a beautiful country inn on a small inlet, your only view is of the water, nearby islands and dramatic ledges. The large veranda has rocking chairs and other comfortable seating to enjoy a predinner... More

I last reviewed this place exactly two years ago. We dined there with friends a couple of times last year and thought that it had lost its edge. The food and service at that time was only "average". We have returned again this year and find that it has bounced back and is definitely either #1or #2 in the Greater... More
