My hubby and I stopped in during a very rainy night tonite and was pleasantly surprised to see a turkey dinner on the menu. We both ordered the same meal and was delicious. The turkey was definitely from a roasted turkey, homemade mashed potatoes and stuffing with plenty of gravy and cranberry sauce. Also came with garlic bread and a... More

Stopped at Top of the 9th out back for a few drinks and appetizers with the family on Saturday afternoon (3pm open). Newly opened, excellent bar space! Very rustic, natural pine everywhere. This is a gem for Fryeburg. Plenty of brews on tap. Typical bar food. Entertainment was planned for that night on a small stage. We didn't stay, but... More

On the good side, they serve good pizza and it's a nice place to escape from the sun. I was once reprimanded by their staff for approaching the bar counter to make an order. They seemed to think I was rude for ordering at the bar even though they had very few clients at the time I stopped. They told... More

This pizza/ family restaurant as been under much needed renovation for years. That said the food is fairly priced and always served piping hot. The steak and cheese sub tops all. The mac and cheese could use some sharper cheese to give it some zing.

We eat at the FHP often. Hamburgers are first rate. Subs are tasty. Specials are homey and always hot. Turkey Dinner, Meat Loaf, Fish Chowder to write home about. The restaurant is s l o w l y being redone. Restrooms? Well. let's not go there. But always a tasty homey experience. Local. HMGT

We wanted appetizer's for dinner and didn't want to go out. We ordered fried mushrooms, chicken tenders and poppers to be delivered. The service was quick and the food was delicious.

Okay, the place itself is beyond dirty. The service-the owners could care a less and will stand there talking before waiting on you. Apparently they think there are no other choices. The owner is rude and it smells like filth no matter how many times I've gone in, even for a coffee-it's just not worth it. It's truly shocking that... More

This place is filthy! I can never recal walking out of a restaurant prior to going to Fryeburg House of Pizza in Fryeburg, ME. First was the uncleanliness, dirty stained carpets, and that heavy feeling of dust in the air. We were asked to find a seat so went to the far corner (we should have left right away). The... More

Stopped on the way home from camping with family. We were very hungry. When we arrived the waitress, the only waitress told us she was just starting to take an order from a party of 10 who spoke limited English and might be some time before she could serve us. She noticed that the kids looked hungry and we we about... More
