We thoroughly enjoyed our tea experience with Jacqueline! If you want a large, tasteful selection of fine teas and a friendly education in making great teas, this is the place for you. We loved the decor, we raved about the food long after we left, and we found lots of tempting treasures in her gift shop. So glad we found... More

I was seeking out new places to take a girlfriend who will be visiting soon, and hit the jackpot with Jacqueline’s Tea Room! I booked the 4-course afternoon tea for my husband and myself and couldn’t have been more pleased. The décor is exquisite, with a lovely touch of whimsy. It definitely provides a feminine atmosphere but my husband appreciated... More

The food and tea selection are both excellent. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because it is overpriced. I wish the owner hadn't increased the price, as we've stopped going.

This is not our first visit here and it will not be our last. Jaqueline is always very friendly and obviously loves what she does and it shows. Her tea selections are many and there is one for every taste. The food is delicious as well and always served beautifully. There are two options a walk in cream tea which... More

I visited Jacqueline's Tearoom for the first time last week and I absolutely loved it! It is the cutest place I have ever been to! It is very feminine and filled with beautiful teaware (many vintage pieces), towels, books, etc. that are for sale. Jacqueline encourages everyone to look around as there's more than one room to explore. Jacqueline herself... More

We only ordered a coffee and sticky buns, but were very happy with the food and environment. The coffee was made fresh and the staff was kind enough to heat up the sticky buns for us. I would definitely recommend bringing cash, because their wireless to make the credit card system work was spotty. They also have local art pieces... More

I have had one excellent experience at Jacqueline's and one not-so-wonderful experience, so my current rating reflects and average of these two experiences. On my first visit the atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was considerate and welcoming. I had a wonderful time, and particularly enjoyed the cucumber sandwiches, the passionfruit scones, and the coconut cake.... More

It's hard to describe just exactly how amazing this EXPERIENCE is! It's not just a place to eat - it is an experience that feels indulgent yet it doesn't empty your pockets. I live 25 min from Jacqueline's and I take every opportunity to invite someone new to share in this experience with me. I have been five times in... More

This is a gem of a place off the path of outlets in Freeport. A friend told me about it or I would not have known it was there. Jacqueline was a perfect hostess and the scones, with their butter, jam, clotted cream and lemon curd, were wonderful. The tea was exactly the right blend of flavors. I would visit... More
