We returned to the Freeport Cafe after many years. The lobster rolls are still amazing - fresh lobster with light mayonnaise and a toasted bun - just how I remembered it! Fabulous service and food. We will return again.

Excellent food, good prices, great service. Large portions. A little out of the way down route 1, a few miles from the village. Worth the drive! It's part of the Freeport inn but you absolutely don't need to stay at the hotel to go there. We went after camping in the miserable rain. It was fantastic.

This restaurant is fabulous for breakfast. They have an awesome menu selection. My favorite is the veggie omelette. Don't miss out on the great muffins and baked goods. I have also had dinner here and enjoyed it, but their breakfast is the rave! Be sure to check out The Freeport Cafe, you will be glad you did.

We had dinner here and thought the food was okay. Nothing to complain about, nothing to 'write home about'. Fast service.

A colleague at work recommended this place which I must have driven past about 500 times without stopping. My husband and I were out for a drive yesterday and we decided to try it. He ordered an english muffin with peanut butter and honey (his favorite) and I had the fried haddock sandwich. Service was quick, the food was simple... More
