I am a big fan of sticky buns and cinnamon rolls, and this place did not disappoint. The sweetness level was just right and the bun wasn't yeasty or overbaked and was very delicious. I liked the atmosphere as well as the local art on the wall. I am deducting a star because when we went in for food (around... More

This is a charming little café open for breakfast and lunch just off the main street in Freeport. The sign is on the front of the building, but the entrance is down a flight of stairs on the side street. The owner was behind the counter and cooking as well, she is very friendly and accommodating for our requests. The... More

I am not a fan of Krispy Kreme (too much sugar for me) and honestly not a "sweets person", but I HAD to try Isabella's Stickey Buns. I was on a mission to have a sticky bun and in fact was called out by Isabella when I walked straight in focused solely on the counter full on sweets. I was... More

I stopped in late morning to try the sticky bun. I had already had breakfast but got one to go and ate it later at home. There were only 4 buns left at 10:30 in the morning so not sure if they were running out or had more in the back room. I didn't eat it until dinner time but... More

Isabella's is located on a side street and the business ebbs and flows. Very friendly staff and accommodating when a change is requested to the published food menu. The décor is average but the sandwiches are good and filling. You wait a little while for them to be prepared and served. The bread is fresh as are the sticky buns,... More

Isabella's seems to be the sort of place local working folk run in to for a quick bite or a to-go dish, as well as a nice place to sit and rest while enjoying the food. Hubs always likes to have a breakfast omelet - no matter the time of day - and I like to experiment with sandwich fare... More

Nice coffee even if it was made in a push buttom flask. Bun was delicious and as is American, very large. Not overly busy due to it's out of the way position.

I’ve been in Freeport for two full days and was ready to get something nice to take back to my room to have with a cup of tea later. I went in and was pleased that the counter staff is about as lovely and personable as you can want. My order was simple, a walnut maple scone. It was a... More

Miserable freezing rain in middle of an ice storm, we walked the two blocks from the Hilton to this place and we were glad we did. Superb service, creative breakfast selections, good ingredients, and nicely prepared. A counter service place, so the ambiance is nothing special. But for a nice, hearty, and healthy breakfast at a reasonable price, I can... More

My husband and I and our 7 yr old daughter enjoyed a very nice breakfast on our trip to Freeport for Sparkle Weekend. The owner was very pleasant and the food was made fresh to order. The home made hot chocolate was amazing & even though we filled up on our egg n cheese on biscuit sandwiches, we left with... More
