Great value at a really convenient location

From the outside, we thought this place was closed. But I'm glad we gave it a try anyway. The menu is what you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant, but the dishes are huge, and not very pricey all things considered. We had dinner for 35$ and thought this was the best food for the price in Freeport... read more

Have been twice recently; once for the lunch buffet and tonight for dinner. Not a place I'd go on my own volition, but the kids sometimes insist on noodles, and it's a short walk from the house, so... Anyway, on the surface, everything about it is just about average. Interior, menu, food, service, and so forth. Just what you'd expect... More

You get what you expect in a convenient location, with pleasant service at a good price. Nothing new or out of the ordinary, however.

December 25 and except for L L Bean, just about everything else in Freeport was closed. Had a lovely meal: friendly helpful staff, a bountiful buffet, and dishes were constantly replenished. Certainly worth a visit if you happen to be doing the shopping tour.....

Even though it's an hour drive away from our home, for the last 10+ years this has been one of our favorite dinning places. The new owners have expanded the lunch buffet which is nice, the dinner portions are slightly larger which is good, the service is great, BUT the Flavors and Taste of the food has gone way down... We were visiting overnight as part of shopping in Freeport. We felt the food was not not good. We had ordered a pork and a beef dish and there was no discernible difference in the taste or appearance of the slimy , heavily sauced meat, which lent the sense that it had been soaking for hours. The portions were large... More

We stopped in here to get some takeout when we were in Freeport over the weekend. It was very good! We got a pupu platter, pork fried rice and chicken lo mein. The rice and lo mein was very fresh and some of the best we have had. The fried food was not at all greasy and was also very tasty... More

The staff rushed us through the meal even though there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant. The szechuan chicken was rated to be hot and spicy, but it was totally bland. We also had beef and broccoli. The chicken and beef had a jelly like texture, not at all like fresh meat. The vegetables in both dishes were... More

Although I arrived just a few minutes before closing, they seemed genuinely happy to have my business. Even at the late hour The food with quickly prepared, hot, and extremely delicious. The waitress was sweet and did everything she could to make sure I was happy. If you're looking for excellent Asian food in Freeport, this is your place. I... More

Recently returned for my favorite spicy Szechuan shrimp and found it packed with huge, tender shrimp in a delicious sweet, tangy, nicely hot sauce, but the veggie mix was dominated by chopped celery. Must maintain quality to keep customers coming back!
