LLBean's granddaughter has a nice place

This full-service restaurant and bar is right across the street from L.L. Bean's, and there is a smaller satellite outlet nearby that sells just lobster rolls. I had the colossal lobster roll and my wife had the lobster dinner salad. Excellent on both accounts. Would definitely go back again.

After shopping in the village we decided to eat at this restaurant. We put our name on the wait list. We were told 20-25 minutes wait. Party of 6-4 adults and two toddlers requiring booster seats. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were told that we were next. Still waited another 20 minutes because they told us they needed two... More

Lunch outside - great service! Lobstersickles were excellent as well as the crab roll sweet potato fries and spinach salad with goat cheese and strawberries! Nice Chardonnay topped it off - right in the middle of downtown! It was crowded but very efficient and nompainful waiting at all! Wonderful menu!

A nice assortment of seafood options, including fresh Maine Lobster, many different ways. Great product, and great service. Full service restaurant, and fairly reasonably priced for the area.

Beautiful interior on the lower inside level. Pleasant waitstaff. I ordered the Chicken BLT sandwich with avacado. Chicken was bland and charred. One itsy bitsy piece of bacon. The sandwich was of a decent size. The onion rings were $1.50 up charge and we're not crispy or hot. They were Luke warm and a tad soggy. Taste wise they were... More

Grabbed a late supper here after shopping at LL Bean. Great clam chowder, haddock and fresh salad. Definitely was a great choice at a reasonable price.

Stopped here early in the morning waiting for stores to open. The service was excellent, as well as the coffee and the pies. The best part was sitting outside on a nice summer morning watching the world go by.

We enjoyed an excellent breakfast that was very, very economical. For example, I had the three egg omelette with ham and mushrooms, country fries and rye toast for only six dollars. We ate our breakfast on the patio which is situated across the street from the main L.L. Bean store.

Average dining experience. Crowded and very popular. Convenient to the outlets. It's worth a quick lunch or dinner and popular if you are a people watcher
