Tasting like lobster had been dipped in salad dressing. No lobster taste at all. Calamari was undercooked and disgusting. The staff was a nice as can be. Maybe they can get a job at a good restaurant.

Outside the "roll ". I dont usually order out of the norm, typical food hamburgers, fries, or sometimes a dinner salad. Today was a treat day I order a Lobster Roll.. fantastic , the hot dog bun which is the proper way of having a Lobster Roll,.This bun was full of chunks of lobster meat, more meat than bun. You... I had baked haddock and it was pretty good. The vegies were mushy and not my type of stuff. The included potatoes were very good. Service was fine - they were friendly and helpful. We were told this place has some mixed reviews from the locals and I saw that in what we had.

We had lunch here today. We ordered seafood chowder that was thick as paste and split the grilled lobster and cheese sandwich. There could not have been more than an ounce of lobster on the sandwich. All we could taste was the secret sauce. The staff were all very nice and we didn't tell them that our lunch was so... More

The lobster roll meat was not all that good, and the roll was not toasted well enough. To just slather margarine on the roll and show it to the grill is not right. I prefer a roll that is stuffed with a little more meat, and for that, I'll take the trip up to Red's Eats in Wiscasset. Only seasonal,... More

We stopped by this little place adjacent to LL Bean following an annual trek to the Freeport headquarters store. We had lobster rolls higher up north in a restaurant near the coast. This was acceptable, but not quite as fresh, smaller in size and more expensive. So, if you are in a hurry, willing to eat standing or at one... More

We stopped in here because it was convenient to shopping. We all got some soup and joked about how the lobster bisque must of had the lobster just dunked in the soup. Sea food soup was a bit sparse on sea food. Had a lot of salty creamy broth left when finished. Other couple with us had small portions delivered... More

We always stop here for lunch when in Freeport. Very fresh tasting and good lobster. My Husband had the crab roll which he enjoyed.

Chowder low on clams & bland. Lobster salad consisted of 2 small claws ($24) & bitter greens. Coconut cream pie was way to much cream. Chocolate mousse cake was acceptable. Service was mediocre. Nice interior decor and centrally located. We won't be back.
