Great spot for Pizza on lower Main St in Freeport

We love pizza, and when you have been working hard shopping and playing all day in Freeport a great place to stop for pizza is Antonia's. Just about a mile south of the center of town, this stop is a great place. We have been several times. Tonight was the Athenian special pizza, which was... read more

We had stopped here for lunch a few years ago and had a great meal. When we were looking for a place to have dinner on our recent trip to Maine, and we decided to give this place a try. My husband and I both had hot subs, and we were both very impressed! Some friends of ours who were... More

After a rigorous Saturday we (finally) wanted something besides lobster to take back to our motel. We were referred to Antonia's where we got an antipasto salad and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fabulous, piled high with crisp, perfect pepperoni.

Found a menu at the hotel we were at saying they deliver to the room so we called 1hr 15mins before they closed and they gave me a hard time about delivering the food. I could hear them talking about it. I convinced them to deliver it. Definitely was all kids and if I was the owner I'd be so... More

We had the Chicken Carbonara and Lasagna for dinner. The flavors were very good. They were light on the Alfredo sauce so the pasta tended to break into short segments. Service was Ok, but our waitress turned out to also be the bartender and lost contact with us as the bar filled. We will give them another try.

Been to Antonia's several times and each time I feel the same way. It's average. Haven't had anything exceptional there but I can say the food has always been freshly prepared. Staff is pleasant, but a couple of times it was apparent that the servers were new and had a bit of difficulty keeping things straight. Prices are reasonable and... More

After a long day in Freeport, we headed back to the Comfort Suites on the outskirts of Freeport to be shocked that not many places at all were willing to deliver to us. When we saw the flyer for Antonia's, we jumped on it and picked up some good food. I had some of the best, spiciest wings of my... More

We were here on Friday, July 10, 2015. It's a mile from LL Bean. This might very well be the best pizza I've ever had. They get the top crispier than most pizza places. The magic ingredient is the crust though. No one makes better crust than these guys. I don't know how they do it, but the crust is... More

Good pizza, decent price, convenient location. I think would have been better if we had sat down to eat there. Atmosphere looks better than the food.
