We like to take the family to The Harvest House on Sundays after church. My favorite dishes are the lobster roll or the chicken wrap. My husband prefers the breakfast menu with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. The food is always great ,the service is always great, and the prices are reasonable.

We were also referred by Comfort Inn down the road. Amazing food - I had seafood chowder, my 2 kids split an order shrimp alfredo and both loved it. We also had dessert - strawberry rhubarb, chocolate brownie/lava cake. WOW everything we had was great. Our server was friendly and helpful, and service quick and thorough. Would go out of... More

We dined here July 31 and our waitress was really great. She gave some good recommendations for dinner (we split the seafood platter which we could not finish) and the service was extremely prompt. The food was very good and we appreciated the suggestion of this restaurant from the staff at the Comfort Inn.

This place was recommended by the staff at the Comfort Inn down the road. Great service. Good comfort food. Had the lobster roll and the seafood chowder - both were fantastic. Salads were huge and looked great, so did the burgers. Too full for dessert but the pie selection looked wonderful. Highly recommend this eatery.

If you are looking for a solidly good, locally owned, family style restaurant this is it. Nothing fancy, just good food and friendly wait staff.

We have been driving by this spot for over 12 years and never stopped until today when we saw all the cars! It was cold out and windy so some soup and sandwich was in order. I chose a cup of chili and my chose French onion soup, we both ordered traditional burgers, with cheese, they came with fries or... More

To be honest, i have been coming to this location since i was in high school. It was Goodwin's then and had changed a few times since but the overall idea is still the same. Simple foods and a good variety with nice baked goods. I took a tour of the kitchen and its clean and organized. That tells me... More

We came upon this restaurant after a very long day driving and it the perfect place. Downeast comfort food, for sure... stuffing and pork chops with apple sauce, fried haddock, and the fried shrimp - all were done perfectly, and with sides (pickled beets, a harvest medley of veggies, baked potatoes, cole slaw) to suit everyone's taste. We could not... More

Just popped in for a quick early dinner. Nice large clean dining area, convenient parking and a great wait staff. Homemade fair - soups, haddock and the tallest lemon meringue pie you have ever seen.

Had dinner here on Sat. night and the place was clean, the food was just o.k. and the service was outstanding. The Asian hostesses (or owner) was very complacent and never ,on checkout, thanked us for coming or asked how our meal was. This may seem trivial to some but it shows a lack of respect and courtesy in our... More
